I just got my first e-cig two days ago. The 510. I have been using it since it came to my door and I have not smoked a cig (I believe you call them analogs) since. This vaporizer is awesome. I do have a couple of questions though. If I use the atty without a cartridge will it ever glow orange hot without producing any vapor? Is it bad to turn the atty on without a cartridge connected with liquid in it? If I have any more questions which I know I will I will add them to this post. Thanks everybody.

Not sure if this will be much help but you can do direct drip, which is just dripping 2-3 drops of liquid directly onto the atomizer, then you don't need any cart filler. Still need to put a cart on it.. or you might burn your mouth. And running the atty without any juice at all is a dry burn.. and I don't do it lol. Not really good for it I don't think.
