Well like the title says... I'm new to the ECF, well at least posting, been lurking for some time now.. I aslo just got my first mod, a Maxi Roughstack V2 from madvapes.com. To start off i kept it simple, 3.7v 3000mah 18650 UltraFire, 2.5ohm 306 atty. After a few hours with it i really like it, it hits great.. but i do have to be honest.. i just placed an order for a pair of 3.7 1200mah 18350's for 7.4v (stacked), and some 4.5ohm 510 attys. I've never vaped on anything over 3.7 so i wanted to give it a try. I do have a question, Should i pickup a "high voltage" juice? Thanks for any info you may be willing to offer.

7.4v with a 4.5ohm atty is going to be about 12 watts. That is quite a nice vape :D. Just make sure to keep that atty really wet! I've never heard of "high voltage juice" so can't comment on that one. Vaping at higher voltages does make quite a difference in the flavor of juice though. If you have some juice sitting around that you hate at 3.7v, you may love it at a higher voltage.

Well got my samples, and to be honest they all seem to be a little to sweet for me. I tried USA mix, RY4, virgina, 555, orange cream (i knew this one would be sweet). I've only tried them all on high voltage thus far.. so that may have something to do with it. I did like the 555 the best out of the samples i ordered, but for an all day vape it is just a but much for me. One thing i can say is WOW is a 7.4 vape a big hit.. and it really uses up the juice. i did make the mistake of not having enough juice on the atty and boy was that a REAL BAD taste..

Yeah like others said, you def have to keep them wet when using voltages that high. Glad to hear your enjoying it though.
You also might want to consider getting some "High-Drain" batteries for your RS. Since the RS is unregulated, as the battery drains, you prob will notice that the vape wont be as strong, compared to the vape on a battery right off the charger. The High Drain batteries will provide a more consistant vape as the battery drains.
Super T Manufacturing and RTDVapor both sell AW IMR Batteries. I like Super T bc their shipping only costs $1.71 as long as the order is under $36

The AW IMR batteries are alittle more expensive, but I think their def worth it. Especially on an unregulated PV like the RS.

yea they are a little costly compaired to the standard li-ion battery, And i did get the "fall off" on vapor as the voltage dropped down. So im going to give one of the AW IMR's a try. thanks again.
