Today is the first day of my "smoke free" life. The past few days opened my eyes to the world of e-cigs and vaping. Last night I purchased a BLU menthol disposable and basically fell in love after the first few inhales, not so much the product but the idea and the difference! I'd like to say thanks ECF for having me apart of this community. I'm very excited to learn many new things.

Welcome to freedom.
I started with disposable cigalikes also, for about the first month; just getting that cigarette taste out of your mouth for a few weeks is important; once you cross that bridge, you're home free.

Congratulations, PaPuffer, on your decision to leave the smokes behind!! It's one of the best decisions you'll ever make! You're going to find out that quitting smoking can actually be FUN - much more fun than smoking ever was! You'll get all the help you need right here.

P.S. Stay away from the Pictures of Your Setup thread, and hide your credit card from yourself!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your decision to do this good thing for yourself.:) You have a great attitude, which is a big part of being successful with vaping.

I'm just past 3 months without a single cigarette, and am still amazed at how painless it has been for me. I smoked a couple of packs of cigarettes for 45 plus years, and never dreamed I could be a non-smoker! Keep it up!

Thanks guys I actually just bought a refillable/chargeable pen style.

Wow.... what a relief.

I thought I'd found the answer to my smoking habit by buying a product similar to Blu. Sadly, for me, one month and $200 later plus much craving and mental angst, I realised it wasn't working.

Although it was one day I could kinda see that not to "bash" BLU but already I notice a big difference compared to my setup.

Congratulations on making the switch and welcome to ECF! As you've found, upgrades have their benefits--but, as someone already said, hide your credit card. I'm sure I'm not alone in having gotten excited by my newfound experience. I think I spent $200 this week on new gear and sauce...

But, if you have any questions or just need someone to lean on when/if the cravings start to hit, you've come to the right place.

I thought you got a E-GO C 1000 mAh battery and also grabbed KangerTech Mini Protank II? Confused. Oh well, as long as you are having fun, that is all that matters. :)

Welcome again to ecf. :vapor:

Yes haha having tons of fun! I picked up the BLU Thursday roughly around 5-6 pm used it all night and the next day (Friday) day work then picked up the E-GO!
