Hello ECF! Good to be here. I'm currently from Hampton Roads area in VA, but kinda transitioning to southern MD. Ive been a vapor for 2 years now and i love it, NEVER going back to analogs! When i first started i tried a few cheap crappy ecigs, then I tried some over priced ones, then i almost wen back to analogs.. Until I found Volcano Ecigs over a year ago and never looked back.

Ive already perused the ECF quite a bit since i signed up. Can't wait to check out a vapor meet with y'all.

Thanks for the welcome guys! Danidoo and anybody else that's new to ecigs really, my first 60 days of switching were the hardest, For the first month, I didnt want to hang with my smoker friends as much, because i knew it would be too easy to bum a cig. I had bought a pack the same day my Volcano stuff came in, for the 3 weeks I was doing a bit of both. Then I started to see the advantages to my ecig, and so did my wife who is a non smoker. After the first 3 weeks, it was apparently easier to smoke my ecig and I still had half of my original pack of analogs left. I mainly stuck with my ecig, but every couple of days or so i would have a real smoke, but each time I did, I hated it. I really noticed the smells and the nasty tastes. It finally got to the point where I didn't see... the point any more! I still had about 6 cigs left and I just started giving them away when people who needed to bum smokes. Then I knew, this was it, I was free. The smell of second hand still kinda smells good and triggers some thoughts, but i just reach for my ecig and everything is all right.

I guess my point is that you don't have to make an abrupt switch, let the differences speak for themselves and keep an open and reasonable mind about it.
