Hello Kim. Well I for a long time mixed normal cigs and vaping people still do that for a while after many times. The big question is How much did you smoke? Some people if they smoked lights choose the 11mg or lower carts thinking it will be the same. It's not quite the same. The vape takes a lot longer to get into your system then normal cigs thanks to all those wonderful chems they put in there(they were killing us to keep us addicted). Some people find it better to go a bit higher to 18 or 16 even some 24 to get past the beginning part till their body adapts to how it's going to be getting nicotine from your e-cigs. People also tend to vape A LOT more when they first start out. It's cool just so long as you are careful about over vaping, you will notice if you do trust me.

The other big thing is the carts. There are any varieties of cartos out there and in many different mixes. If your carts do not quite feel close enough to your brand they hunting down a juice or cart that does, if you like menthol there are a great many menthol selections out there. The other things in the formula Some carts and juices are made with a substance called VG(I forget the scientific name sorry) but this gives a very smooth and high amount of vapor, but it does not have the same throat hit as the more common PG type of carto. PG gives a bit less vapor but has a much stronger flavor and a better throat hit to the vapor. If the place you are buying from does not have VG listed then you are safe to assume it's PG. Some brands only sell VG and they will list it on the site.

Another thing that helped me I know is to play with a few of the flavors. It's kind of nice to have a vanilla vape a few times a day mixes things up in a way that cigs just can't.

Also if you like some things about smoking like getting out of the office to go smoke, or sitting outside with your morning coffee on a nice day then do it. Keep your routine and just vape instead. It's amazing how different a cig will feel once you get used to vaping.

One final thing. You may still want to smoke some times even buy a pack here or there. It's okay, it happens. Just remember every time you vape instead of smoking you are taking a step in the right direction.

Hi Kim.
One strategy could be to go after the king pin - i.e. quench the morning cig. and the rest will follow. Another strategy could be to take out the weakest cravings with vape, leaving the morning one for last...
The kicker can be a high-nic. cartomizer or atomizer/cart combo that holds high nicotine content, compared to what you usually vape.
Good luck :)

Hello & Welcome Kim!

What nic level are you vaping?

I need a higher nic level first thing in the morning than I need throughout the day. I'll have a tank or carto filled with 24mg juice and hit it whole getting ready for work. Quenches my need. 12mg or 18mg the rest of the day. Haven't touched a real cig since i started vaping. Good Luck!!
