New To ECF need direct drip help

Hey New here to ECF. i picked up vaping about 2 weeks ago today. i have not had an analog since!! i just wanted to give a shout out to everyone and ask one simple question...
For a 510 user who has done alot of research on e cigs (usgae tips and sofourth)... i still am wondering is Direct dripping harmful to my 510 atty? or am i ok in doing so?

As long as you have a manual battery(with a button) it is fine to drip.
If you are using an automatic battery without the button, I wouldnt recommend it.

Manual batteries are protected or sealed and dripping will not affect them. Auto batteries are not protected so juice can get in them from dripping and fry them.

Also, it will take a while to get the feel for the fine line between running the atty either too wet or too dry. Either one is not good. Obviously, running it too dry will fry it and flooding it puts far more work on it to try to vaporize the juice.

If you have a hole in the center of your battery/atomizer connector don't drip or the juice will get in the electronics. Most manual batteries have no hole and are sealed.
