New to ECF, not that new to vaping...

Hi everybody

My name is Martin, I'm 45 years old and live in Germany (quite close to Berlin). My wife and I have been smokers for about 30 years, switched to vaping at the beginning of September and haven't touched a single cigarette since.

Though I guess I have only replaced one addiction with another one, I am glad I did vaping is more fun than smoking because it also lets you fiddle around with some tech gadgets. It tastes better, smells better and seems to be a lot less unhealthy.

The one and only thing it doesn't let me do is save money

Here's why:

The pink eGo and the black screwdriver-type Mod belong to my wife btw

Some more stuff is already on its way - Tornado T from Totally Wicked and "The Fog" from Greece. I think I prefer Tank/cartomizer systems over the traditional atomizer/cartridge solution. I just hate the taste of burnt polyfill...

Hi Martin, new here too...and have taken the same path LOL! Began with a RN4081, then bought the PCC, extra batteries, then bought the carrying case, then bought starter kits as Christmas presents, then bought a second model called the VX2 (510), then got auto and manual batteries for that, then an order for 60ml juice, Waiting on my third model as we speak (901)...and now looking at DIY eliquid! I'm pretty sure I have spent nearly $400 on vaping...and I know I am not done yet! Vaping has made it like Christmas all the time heeheeeee!

Oh yes, it is - and "started" is the correct term, I'm afraid. There are so many great Mods out there. Wish I could buy and try them all...

But at least my wife and I have been able to settle down on just a few liquid brands and tastes. During the first few months our fridge looked like a chemistry lab

Well, the one on the far left is a Pen Style Ecig, sold als "EZ310" here. That was the first one we bought. The next four are eGos (regular and big batteries) with different atomizers and cartos. Then there's the so-called "XXL-Mod" in Black and Steel finish, next one is the Partysmoker Kameleon, the last two are GLV Mini and GLV2 5V.

Yes, will surely do that. TW shipped it yesterday, so with a little bit of luck it should arrive here at the end of the week. I have read some reviews lately and most people think the Tank system is really good - as long as the attys work properly...

Vaping has made it like Christmas all the time heeheeeee!

Hi

latest addition to my collection, arrived yesterday:

First impression is really good: No leakage, good vapor production, good throat hit. First atomizer works perfectly fine (the one my wife got ). On mine I've had 2 dry, burnt puffs so far, otherwise it works good as well.

I hope the attys will last a while
