After 35+ years of smoking I finally found a way to kick the nasty habit that I had for too long. I have made it six months without smoking and I wanted to thank all of the good folks here for the information and encouragement.
My journey has been both rewarding and frustrating at times, but the success stories here kept me motivated. Thanks
