As far as ejuice goes probably 6-12mg would be a good range for you.

I'd say to pick up an eGo battery starter kit... I think they are even selling them at Walgreens now. Just to try out vaping and see if you think it is going to work for you.
Other than that, one of the best starter set-ups is an iTaste MVP 2 with an Aspire Nautilus or Aspire Nautilus Mini.
As for liquid, there are tons of flavors out there, but from the Ultra-Light 100's, I'd say try something in the 6mg nicotine strength range... maybe pick up a bottle of 12mg at the same time for when the cravings hit a little harder. Flavor wise, just whatever floats your boat. There are quite a few B&Ms around the greater Houston area, and a lot of them will let you sample flavors before you buy.

Welcome to the forum, I'm a new member too. Since I was a couple of packs a day smoker, I started with 24mg nicotine juice, which was actually much more than I needed - I am ordering less and less nic content juice, and am happy with 14mg at the moment. Good luck!
