Thanks guys! I'm trying to get my 5 posts under my belt so I can go post my concern in a more appropriate section. I made a build last night that was 0.02 ohms. I have a vtc5 but those are only rated to 30A. By my calculations, this build will be putting out 185A at full power... I haven't vaped on it yet, I am waiting to get a second opinion.
From what I've read there are at least +/-.2 variance in most ecig ohm meters. Steam Engine | free vaping calculators put it at 210 amps and 882 watts. Why do you want to risk it? Rebuild at a safer level.
Do NOT fire that build if it is truly .02 ohms if you value your face. Even .2 is prettly low. I'd recommend building to at least .5 until you get some experience under your belt. Oh....welcome to ECF.
I would say you could get more than that resistance from the connection of atty and meter.
That being the case you would have a dead short and wouldn't know.
Don't even think about using it
Rebuild it.
Also do you know for sure that isn't a fake battery.

It's a genuine battery. I had a friend of mine who knows a lot more about this than I do verify it for me, and the local store I bought it from are very honest.
As excited as I was to use this build, I guess I will have to rebuild it.
good choice all i can say is check and then recheck and enjoy rebuilding.
