Hello, just wanted to introduce myself to the forms, I have been looking into trying to keep up with more of the vapping scene. Been an active vaper since the fall of 2012. I started with an ego battery and the cheap easily breaking plastic tanks. I now am currently using a 30 watt hand me down box mod (cant remember the brand name) and an Orchid V4 with a .6 ohm dual coil build. My fiance and i DIY most of our own liquids and have recently made the purchase for a ipv 4 that we're extremely excited for. Ive got a few questions for some of you guys. What are some good RTA's (preferably single coil) that are good for sub ohm builds that can easily have a 6 wrapped 26 gauge standard micro coil on the build deck. Also ive been looking for two Clone recipes that i havent been able to find. The first is Breakfast at Teleos - The Milk, and also Cosmic Charlies Calk Dust - Peanut butter and Jesus. I've been searching and searching many forms online (especially today) for these because im planning to make an order for the flavorings asap to create these. The help would be much appreciated!

Welcome to ECF! Glad you have an awesome setup on the way there. If you're getting the IPV4, I would think you might want to get into temperature controlled stuff too. Either way, I'd suggest the Lemo 2, Cthulu, and Kangertech Subtank (either mini or plus). Especially if you're doing temp control, the subtank has readily available pre-built nickel heads.

Well for tanks theres lemo 2 , subtank mini , rose v2 (clone) or original but a lot more, squape reloaded , k4 (clone) or original but a lot more.

Though I can only say the Lemos and subtank mini are good well i have a version 1 drop , and have a subtank mini. Haven't used the others.

Might not have what your looking for but here are some sites for clone recipes.

I use the lemo and lemo drop with that exact built (well, between 6 and 8 wraps). Works great.

My fiance has both the lemo drop and lemo 2, I've been so behind on the tech anymore, other than what he orders. Was just sorta curious if there were anything else comparable them. I have seen a little about Langer's subtanks but I've also heard a bit about people having trouble with dry hits with the prebuilt and rebuild able coils. Have any of you who have owned them personally had that problem.

We also have the wire you need to be able to do temp control, we ordered 28g. Along with 2 pairs of batteries, a new charger that doesn't over charge them, and he got a new dripper.

Should be fine with the subtank mini OCC's , if rebuilding them then that takes steps to get good.
RBA section can be finicky on wicking I've found but I have it good now.
RBA section for me is tighter on the air than the OCC's.
Haven't used the Nickel temp OCC's Not read any reviews on the ipv4 Though I would expect it to be good , does have the sx mini m class to compete with and that gets good reviews.

We've been building pretty close to a year now. So that's not too much of a problem for me. I really want a pretty open tank for the air flow comparable to a dripper in a sense, I've vapped on a lemo 2 and like how open the air is. The last Langer product I users was when they first made the areotank.

If you want a really open airflow, you should try the Atlantis 2.

is it rebuild able? I've heard the name but don't know much about it
Hi coopergirl, new here myself and thought I'd give my 2 cents on your question. Atlantis 2 is not really rebuildable, another company has apparently come out with an RBA head for it, but I've yet to hear any type of review on it, and the deck looks super tiny. You're better off with other recommendations in here (Lemo 2 , Subtank). I have a Subtank and like it very much, but will probably get a Lemo 2 as I've heard it has better airflow and larger juice channels.
