New to Ecig and looking to order from TW

Hello,

Will try to keep this short but i have a basic question, one of which im just not able to find for some reason.

I just canceled my order with Blucigs due to crappy customer service and have read many good things regarding TW and excellent customer service and as a result am going to make a purchase.

Right now im stuck between the DES901 Platinum and the TECC-510 Titan

My question is which of the two will give me the best vapor hit/feel as compared to analogs. My end goal is to cut out tobacco completely but i enjoy smoking too much to totally give it up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

P.S. If i posted in the wrong place please let me know as ill remove or move the post the the proper area.

Fla5h... I have no affiliation to TW but as I own both the e-cigs you mention, Can I try and point you in the right direction.

If you havent done so, I would advise you look at the review section of this site. You will find there some reveiws by Igetch69 of both the 901 and the Titan.

That is a very good way to judge which one is right for you.

You see, e-cigs are very personal to each user, hence its hard to advise someone on what is right for them.

The 901 is known for its flavour, I find the flavour is quite intense with that model.

The Titan is a little less on flavour but produces tons of vapour.

Throat hit is achieved partly through the juice used, and nicotine content. For example a menthol flavoured juice will usually have quite a strong hit...

Again its down to the individual.

I gave up analogues completely within 3 weeks of using an e-cig. But dont think its going to be the same, its not, and when you are 4 months down the road, you will agree and say...its better !

Now go and check those videos, and good luck.

I neither own nor have tried a Titan, so I can't speak to that. However, I've had a Totally Wicked DSE901 for a month now and I love it. It beats my old RN4081 Supermini hands down. The draw is great and it produces a good deal of vapor. It does get hot sometimes, so I'm curious about how long this first atomizer will last, though.
You might want to look up some information on the 901 before you buy. I heard there's some difference in the performance of 901's depending on their color. The platinum works fine by me, but I haven't had the white, pink or black to compare it to.
I'd say the only downside to the 901 (and forgive my ignorance if the Titan has the same issue), the pseudo-penstyle mouthpiece is a little tricky to change out. So don't think you can change prefilled carts while driving (I found that out the hard way).
Also, I've ordered juice and replacement parts for my RN4081 from TW USA and I have no complaints about their service. Even their brand logo is cool :)

I should also have mentioned, and your post reminded me Graverobber, so thank you, the Titan is more versatile in the fact you can use a pass through ( device where a battery and cable together plugged into a USB outlet will give you continuous vaping without having to use your batteries). You can get a PCC ( personal charger case ) which you take with you on outings, which charges a battery and holds spare carts.. Plus you have the option of manual battery, which is far superior.

The cart tips on a 901 are flute shape, the carts on a Titan are round.

Good Luck in making your choice..and watch those videos.

Thanks for your replys

I checked out several vids and reviews last night and was just kinda curious what users whom had tried both have experienced as a comparison of the two. Still havent made my decision just yet but am leaning more toward the Titan at this point.

If i get into it im guessin ill prob end up with both but as a start im the most interested in the amount of vapor ...i think also the PCC sounds good.

Still havent given up on the 901 just yet though taste is also important to me.. that and as far as the PCC goes is there any way to mod it for the 901? Im also a lil surprised they dont make a passthrough for the 901 however again im sure thats something that can be modded/built given the right amount of info.

However sounds like there are more goodies for the TiTan hmm

Again thanks for the replys

I have the 510, 901, & M402, My 510 is my primary but will always keep my 901 close by... The 901 will have more options in the next month: eastmall is coming out with a pcc for the 901. And soon you'll also be able to get manual batteries for it....Ive bought most of my stuff from TW. There outstanding!...so my opinion is to get both! But if you can only get one at this time...get a 901, cuz if you get the 510 first, you may not want the 901....Trust me, when you finally have both, you'll understand...

I just received my Super E-Cig/RN4081 last week from Totally Wicked to replace my retired Blu (kept cooking attys and the backorder was insane) from the USA site. Their shipping is crazy fast and the e-cig is awesome. I based my decision on igetcha's review of the RN4081, so I will not post a detailed review on the product as he did a phenomenal job with the review as always (kudos igetcha....looking forward to getting my 510 real soon, paycheck permitting...).

The big thing about TW is their juice of course. The cost is a little higher in comparison with other suppliers, but their strength & quality can't be beat. I use their Camel and Cherry flavors in 36mg strength, which allows me to cut it 50/50 with Glycerin to make a double yield at 18mg strength that completely satisfies me.

As for their customer service, a definite A+. I had a small issue with my last order, which was solved fast. I of course ordered my RN4081 with a Black Clasp case, which at the time of order the website reported 12 in stock. My typical experience with companies that ship product is that when a product goes out of stock, you are either notified by email or not at all, which leads to a phone call to a customer service department when you wonder where the heck is your delivery. However the very next day, Gina, one of their USA based General Managers called me to personally alert me of the product being out of stock as they were processing my order, which allowed me to subsititue the Black for the Platinum case. Their proactivity allowed my order to still ship that day, versus causing a very unpleasant delay.

I personally recommend TW for all e-cig needs, a top notch company in my book. :thumb:

shipping from TW definetly tops other shops.
little pricey tho.

Have you checked out the multi-packs? Maybe a little higher than some (though certainly not all) on the kits, but parts wise per single item everything seemed same or in some cases cheaper. And the multi-packs are a fabulous deal.

ETA:
I needed customer assistance recently and Patti was wonderful.
