I just received my 1st kit yesterday(FS 510 From mypvshop)
When I got it I opened it up, removed a cartridge, removed the foil on the top of the prefilled cartridge, and put everything together and tested it. Lots of vapor, however it had a somewhat odd taste at first. The bad taste finally went away. I have been refilling one of the carts with some Myboro liquid I also bought. Tastes ok. Anything else I should order besides more liquid?
I actually ordered a Joye510 kit from Cignot yesterday as well.
THANKS!

New atomizers have bad tasting primer on them. For future reference - to get that off you need to use a non-stuffing cart (sometimes one comes on the atty) or a drip tip.. * First blow the atty out into a tissue. Then add a couple of drops of liquid to the atty bridge /\, wait a minute for it to soak in, and vape that mostly off without inhaling. Then repeat from *. Then repeat again but this time try inhaling and see if it tastes ok. etc.

I hope you got a manual 510. They are so safe against getting damaged by juice leaks when dripping or using cartomizers. Manual 510s are totally sealed on the threaded end. The dripping isn't recommended on autos and I think refilled cartomizers may be even more prone to occasionally leaking.

Last Thursday, I made the switch to ecigs. I got the Nebula from Vapornine. (I beleive that's the KRD809-1-not quite sure) Anyway, after using it most of the day on Friday, I became quite frustrated with it. A big part of that is because I did not like the taste of the pre-filled cartos that came with it. On my way home from work, I had an analog.....my last one, because I had also ordered a Riva 510, which was in my mailbox when I got home. I am now in love with it. It is all I will ever need.

I've also been looking at the vapor kings. I won't lie, one of the main reasons I want one is the pretty colors... but I think they're supposed to be pretty good anyway

I hate the battery life on cigarette sized equipment. So will you pretty quickly. However, if you must, the Bloog Max Fusion is reputed to be the best out there. There has been some noise recently about some lookalikes that some folks say are the same. This thread discusses one.

The Vaporkings are a standard KR808D1. I think you'll find that My Vapor Store has a better price on KR808D1 kits. Less colors and it doesn't come with a PCC. However, the total buying the PCC separate is still cheaper.

Whatever you do, get manual batteries. Don't forget that you can get an eGo in colors too. :)
