Just ordered my first e-cig today. I currently smoke a pack of Marlboro Lights a day and want to cut down and/or quit completely. I started researching but there is so much information out there that i just decided to go with what I thought would be the best fit for me. I ordered from cignot since I have heard so many good things about Vicki. I ordered an ego-t.

I don't live in the US, but will be driving up to TX to pick my order up on Monday, hopefully it will have arrived by then. I have so many questions at this point, but I first want to get my ego-t and start fiddling around with before I ask any questions, but I do have one that i want to ask before i make the 7-8 hour round trip, which.

This is what I ordered and just wanted to know if I should order anything else, keeping in mind that parts, accessories, etc are not easy to find here in Mexico.
Joye eGo-T - eGo tank Type B 1000mha
A couple of different liquids to try (approx total 40 ml)
ego passthru
Addtl pack of 5 tanks
5 silicone caps

Many thanks and look forward to hearing from everybody.

Can i buy 510 attys for the eGo? There are so many parts and accessories that its a bit overwhelming.

Skyward: right! I'll be driving up to laredo on Sunday. I dont think that i will be able to order the extras on time to be delivered on Monday. Does anybody know if there is a store in Laredo that sells all this stuff. That way i can try out a bunch of stuff right there.

Thanks

I like to have an extra charger in case one fails. From what I've seen, the tobacco shops that sell e-cig stuff are more than double the price and most the Mall stuff is ........ what's a nice word for crap?......... not so good.

Good luck and welcome to ecf. Spend lots of time reading and then read more. I bought my first 510 with XL batteries from Vicki and still like their cherry cola. Very nice customer service also. She was a lot of help for a newbe.

Welcome to the forum. I have the tank system and we had a love hate relationship at first. I got to the point where I was about to chuck it out the window. But finally got used to using it and fixed the issues I had with it and now it is wonderful. I have heard that alot of people use alot of juice per week but I personally only go through 1-2 ml per day just depends on my mood. I was a p.a.d marlbro red smoker too.

Thanks to everyone for helping out. I just ordered a bunch of additional stuff. I got cartomizers and atomizers and cartridges and drip tips and more juice and I dont know what else i added, but hopefully this will get me started and will give me a good feel of what I like and dont like.

I'll let you know next week how it went.

Thanks,

Welcome and congrats on starting out. Be sure to check out the links and info on here to help you along the way. There is a lot of support from this community so feel free to ask questions and get the info you need to stay with it.
Sounds like your fairly prepared so far. Always have a back up device, atty, or catro and enjoy!

So i picked up the ego-t this weekend, i couldn't wait to get started so i broke out the usb passthrough and the cigarrete lighter adapter and vaped away on the drive back, but i got some gurgling and popping halfway through, so i suspended use until i could figure out what was wrong. Apparently i had flooded the atty, so i flushed it and started over, and now i get the ocassional popping, but Vicki from Cignot told me that it was quite normal. Other than that this thing is really cool. I dont know about the cartomizers and drip tips that i got since i haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I love the simplicity of not having to refill often or drip from the bottle.

So far i haven't had an analog all day, usually i'd have gone through at least 5 or 6 of them this morning, but i do have an urge to have one. Fortunately i finished all of them yesterday, so im trying to tough it out. Don't know if anyone else had this issue when they started.

Another issue that might be unrelated, but just though i would throw it out there. Last night i got a horrible cold and still have it this morning. Could it be that i'm allergic to something or do you think its just a mere coincidence. I live in very hot dry weather and I'm usually in and out of air conditioned places (hot-cold-hoy-cold) all day long, but I usually dont get a cold until later on in the year in cold weather season.

You may want to get a few extra atties and batteries just in case because you don't want to risk them dying and not having a spare. :)
That why carto's are better than atty's, you get a new coil (atomizer) in every cartomizers and is a heck of alot cheaper that atty's. And I agree you always need spare batteries.
