New to forum...how come some profile pics don't show...

I loaded a profile pic but it isn't showing up when I post???

You need to load it as your avatar. Profile pics are only shown in the profile.

i cant figure out how to change mine either.....dont we need a certain number of posts? i read the thread about how many posts we need for signatures, etc, but i couldn't find anything about profile pics....

The signature yuo must have 15 posts. Avatar will be after 5 posts.

If you go to "settings" and then "Edit Profile Pic" or "Edit Avatar" it should work.
