thank you all.I have tried for on and off 2 years with cig a like vaping,,no luck.got myself a mvp 2.0(after reading some on here),,chose July 4th for my quit day,,,,and damned if i have not had a stinky since,,,,loving it more and more by the minute,,,will be talking to you alot and thanks again...

I had a really tough time, missed my quit date by about 3 months, but finally did it by bumping up to 24mg for a while. 16 months tomorrow and I still can't believe I'm cigarette free after a 43 year habit.I know you'll like it here, it's a huge place, and super congratulations on being a quitter!

thanks..i also about 40 years,,,and yep i did up it to 24 mg for some of my juice..it does help get me by some of the rough times.but do i have this,,,Hell Yeah i got this..sorry just so excited and proud of myself i feel like shouting to the world,,lol
I agree about the forums, the people here are great. I am new myself, and grats on the big quit.
Shout away, it's a huge accomplishment, but do pace yourself because the euphoria doesn't go away for quit awhile.
