New to mixing help please

I have spent the past few days reading a lot of the mixing threads and a lot of questions have been answered but I of have some more questions. I have only been vaping for about 2 weeks nd the ife and I love hot cinnamon from HOT CINNAMON HIGH CALIBER E-LIQUID

Went to go buy some as we are extremely low and it is a local store for me well they are out! Yuck.

So don't want this to happen again I have been looking at making my own hot cinnamon and found these 2 extracts what is the difference what would be better?

Here is what I have for a checklist of what I need:
Nicotine we like 18% where should I get this? Do I buy the 36% and dilute? (wife wants to know if we will shw up on an ATF list? LMAO since it is a controlled substance.)

PG and VG would yo recommend I buy separate or blend myself if so where do you recommend to purchase?

Distiller water or regular water if I need to dilute?

Anyone here use the cinnamons above that has a good mix they can share to help a newbe out.

This is just a start would like to try other flavors but would like to start with what we really like first.

I don't use cinnamon so I can't help you there.

You can get nicotine in levels up to 100mg/ml without the government knocking on your door. As far as any watch list you're probably already on several.
Use one of the calculators for any mixing. I like 'e-juice me up'.

PG and VG should be bought separately so you can vary the amount of each easily.
DI (deionized) water should be the preferred water used to thin. Distilled water next and tap water last.

Thanks got the program played around with it and will use it. Now I'm trying to figure out the nicotine part and I know this is the most important part as it can be deadly if not mixed correctly. Where do I buy it at also is it 100% nicotine I would assume I have to delete it or do I just add the percentage of nicotine it is in the program. Then what I want to smoke at 18% and follow those instructions? Or do I buy a nicotine pg mix already at 36% and then cut it down. Please walk me through this process as it is a safety concern.

Oh ya more to add to my to do list:
Rubber gloves
Mask
Plastic table cloth
Containers and mixing tools.

Any thoughts on the above?

After I learn all this I will compile it into a single post called basic mixing for dummies. I'm dummy #1.

Ok so I would be safe and not stupid I found this: DIY Artisan Kits - One Stop DIY Shop Store. I ordered the basic kit last night and it already shipped with 4 flavors of my choice and if you input I'm new they will through in a guide to walking you through making your own e juice. They also recommended the same program from above so I guess this can be a good start. Hopefully it will be here Thursday or Friday so I can make some juices and have a good vape.

I'm new to DIY also, but think you should stay away from oils and extracts...
If you haven't already found it there is a whole subforum of mixing info here~DIY E-Liquid
You might get more educated responses if you post your questions there.
