New to rebuildable atomizers / where to find good kanthal wire and silica wick?

Ok, so I'm getting two rebuildable atomizers on Saturday. I want to know a good site for kanthal wire and silica wick, As well as A site or vids for tips and tricks on how to build a coil. I would also like to know what type of wick is good for a 40/60 PG/VG blend and what type of Kanthal should I use for a low resistance/ohm.
Atomizers are IGO-W clone and a OCTOPUS clone

Your local vape shop may have wick and wire to sell by the foot. E-bay, you can get 50 foot rolls of kanthal for $4.00 or so shipped. Same with wick. PBusardo on You Tube has some good videos on building.
