hey guys, i've only dabbled with cartos in the past, and left them alone because of lack of flavor. thats pretty much what i want to solve. I need a standard size carto, (1.5") that i can use in a tank. Right now i'm using boge SR single coils. Is there anything out there that'll give better flavor??? or even better, is there an atty that works in a tank? long barrel?

I prefer Smoktech cartos myself. Ive found them to be more absorbent. I buy em from Smoktek.com.
Only atties that I know of that work in tanks are the Ego-T's with tiny little tanks or the Killer 705 rebuildable atty thats made specifically for tanks. You could try a google search on killer 705 im sure something will come up.

i don't like cartos so am well versed in the alternatives. if ur interested:

I have also used the Smokteks. I recommend a single coil in the appropriate resistance for you voltage used.

A couple new options besides a cartotank are the new Killer 705 submersable atty that can be used in any cartotank and the AMP tank with is the same idea only a complete submersable atty system in its own tank. Both are pretty expensive and difficult to find, but as more are cloned these have the potential to make cartotanks obsolete.

I still want to try those Ikenvapes out soon....I met Isaac at the first vapefest....really nice guy and Ive only heard glowing reports about the Platinums.

this won't do, the reason i'm even tryin carto's is because of a pretty little mod called the billet box. looking for something standard diameter, standard length, that i can punch, drill, cut, anything
try a few of the 3.0 ohm boge's i think they have a better flavor then the SR's if you are into fruity flavors,i like the SR's better for tobacco flavors tho.

GotVapes has just released new cartos called Phoenix Raven.
They are filler less cartos, pre-punched with a small wick.
Supposedly, they provide much more flavor then your standard filled cartos!
GotVapes sells 'em with a tank, or you can get just the Phoenix Raven replacement cartos.
I ordered a tank and some replacement cartos, which should arrive tomorrow. If you want feedback, once I've tried 'em, let me know.

After that you have vendor websites that have one of the three major companies make a carto for them to their specification, such as Ikenvape and Gotvapes.
Your choices are limited to the above. There are brand-less or no-name cartomizers out there. If you are into the buy-by-the-batch-for-less thing to save a few bucks, that might be your thing. But if you get 20 - 40 % of those being bad cartos is it really such a great deal?

ordered some kangers yesterday, smoktek is the only thing left, i'll give it a shot. whenever iken gets stuff back in stock i'll give those a shot too. thanks man
