So I just got my standard dual coil 6ml tank. I filled it up fine no leaks, filled the carto as well, and it vapes fine... However I noticed that on my KGo there is 4 small square indents on the top of the battery above the threads where the shorty cone would go for air i think. When i have my tank there the liquid will spill out from there. Im wondering if i did something wrong, or is the KGo not compatible with tanks because of this. Im new to vaping and thought I'd give tanks a try but this little bump is preventing me from the longtime at home vape i was looking for. Any help on this topic would be much appreciated. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Sounds like you flooded the carto. Try taking the tank off and then blow through the top, put something under to catch to avoid a mess. Then make sure the airway is clear. If you look into the top of the carto and it looks real wet then take a paper towel or napkin and stick some in the top of the carto to absorb some of the excess juice. Then wipe off the bottom connection of the carto to make sure it's not dripping out. Also wipe out the top of the battery connection gently to clean any excess juice from there. If you satisfied that the carto is not leaking out the bottom now, then screw it back on and give it a try.

I did this for the first time the other day and it took a little time for me to get the carto to stop leaking.

Hope that helps.

ya i managed to figure it out right before this. i basically just cleaned the top of the battery and bottom of the carto and twisted the tank on real tight. I saw in a few videos people saying not to twist the tank on fully because it can be hard to get off, but in this case i need to. All is well and really enjoying my first tank..... Vape On!

Another way to deal with a flooded tank carto is to remove it from the tank, wipe it off and then put a small piece of scotch tape over the punched hole and vape it that way for a while. Then when you KNOW it's no longer flooded remove the tape and set up the tank again.

This works quite well and you don't end up wasting any juice this way either.
