I just want to say hi everyone :)
I've been vaping for a little over 2 months.
Unfortunately I'm not totally off the stinkies yet, but I'm getting there. Down from 20 a day before I started vaping (40 a little over a year ago) to 3-5 a day now. :)
After a troublesome start with allergic reactions I'm working on finding a setup that will get me completely off the stinkies.
I'm still well pleased to have cut down that much :D

welcome.:)
I still have the occasional cigarette but I'm definitely a vapor now. I've been off the cigs since January but miss the flavor and enjoy a cig once or twice a month.Remember.vaping is still giving you your nicotine but with a safer delivery system.
I've tried for years to give up the fags but never managed more than a couple of months, until now.I tried all of the nicotine replacements out there from patches to pills but none of them worked. vaping works for me because i still feel like I'm smoking when I'm vaping and there are no withdrawal symptoms from the cigarettes. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself and enjoy your vaping without any guilt and you'll get there in the end.
So congratulate yourself on your progress so far and try not to beat yourself up about it to much. Try some of the different flavours out there and you'll soon be off them completely. This forum is a wonderful tool to help you find the set-up you require and the support too if you need it. Try VG based juices in 75/25 mix to solve your allergies issues. I found this to be the right mix to stop the hacking, for me, but you can always go for the full 100% VG.

Thank you for those kind words :)
I try not to beat myself up about still having a few fags a day, and rather shift my focus to be happy for every one I DON'T take :)
I am on 100% VG now. I'm going to try to slowly introduce PG again, I just need to work up some courage first ;)
When it comes to flavours, I'm searching for the ones I like. I just have to take it a few at a time. My wallet won't agree on buying lots at once, lol.
There is a couple of things I wish I could find though.
1) more small trial packs.
2) All flavors in 100% VG
The trial packs I've found so far contains PG and I don't dare try that just yet.
So I've dipped my toes into DIY, even if the concentrates aren't any cheaper :/ But at least now I can try out what nic lvl works the best for me :D
