So after viewing several reviews on both youtube and e-cigreviews, as well as watching Spikey's video, I think I've decided to make the leap from analog to e-cig. I was just hoping to get some suggestions from you long time vaporizers.

I'm looking for a standard looking e-cig to start with, something that looks like a cigarette, that I can buy charges for easily as well as juice once I'm ready to start loading mine. I'm also concerned about the easiness of loading your own juice. I live in Montreal, Canada and regularly smoke DuMauriers King Size, although I would be willing to sample some flavored charges. Also to give more information, I tend to smoke around say 6-9 cigarettes a day and maybe 10-15 on fridays and saturdays when I go out.

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated!

Oh and I failed to mention that the cheaper the better as it is my first one and I'd like to test it out before I jump in and buy better vaporizers.

Thanks in advance!

The Pee Wee (at Puresmoker) might be better for you - it's smaller than the 901 (which is a great starter ecig, BTW. Was my first) You might have to check around to find a supplier that has one in stock.

Pre-filled cartridges are somewhat costly, and don't give the same taste as the ones you fill yourself with ejuice. You don't have to use a cart, BRW - you can drip juice directly on the atomizer.

You'll find lots of good suppliers on the forum - Puresmoker is highly recommended - Dietsmokes, Altsmoke & Totally Wicked are other good suppliers (I've bought from PureSmoke, Diet Smoke and TW myself and have very good customer service from each). Not sure who carries the smaller ones, though. All carry the 901 - which is why it's a good starter vape - widely available and parts aplenty.

Whatever you decide, welcome to the forum and to vaping!

i would recommend the 901 since its easy to use.

Then get a USB passthrough for it.

Other models will put you off since they require more effort to get vaping. ( i know it does to me)

901 and you shouldnt regret it if you get parts that work lol.

After you get used to vaping, you can branch out into different E-cigs.

The 901 is so easy to use and such a powerhorse that i would recommend it to any new user. The 901 was the second e-cig i got and its the one i use the most.

IF you drip directly on the atomizer, how long of a charge do you get out of that compared to making your own cartridges?

A good rule of thumb is 1-2 drops of juice = 1 cigarette worth of vapor. A cartridge (for the 901) is good for about 3-5 cigs worth. You don't want to drip too much on your atomizer, though, otherwise you'll flood it and get -no- vapor :(

If you go with a penstyle, your carts will last longer because they are bigger....but the entire device is bigger, too.

I tend to switch off between my 2 main devises - the 801 is for the car, the house, and the 901 is for out & about.
