Just want to say hi, I'm new to the site and E-cigs. I quit smoking two weeks ago with the help of my ecig. I bought an Ego-t kit at a local smoke shop about a year ago the last time I tried quitting but it didn't work for me. This time I went to a local vap shop and they set me up with a T2 clearomizer that has worked good so far. I already had two 650 mah 510 bats from the kit I had and just got a Smoov 1300 mah Rev bat along with a tube tank also. I really like vaping with the bigger bat and my new set up. I'll probably have some questions at some point, hopefully you guys can help. Thats all i have for now thanks and hopefully I didn't butcher the lingo to much.

Welcome to the site and congrats on giving up analogs! I also have an eGo-T and am currently looking at changing to a vv set-up. This site is great to get advice and have all your questions answered. Never think there is a stupid question, because we have all been new at some time and love to welcome new people to the vaping world and taking them from "the dark side" (the analog side)! Wish you the best of luck!:toast::vapor:

Thanks everyone. I do have one question for now, I just got a tube tank yesterday and the guy at the shop said to vap all the juice out of it before I refill it. My question is do I need to prime it after I refill it or just refill and vap away?

You will need to specify what a "tube tank" is to get a better answer, a carto tank, a wick tank, a top coil tank? Sorry, this leaves a lot of options, if you can be as specific as possible, it will help us help you better.

Sorry about that still have a lot to learn, its a carto tank I believe, it's made by Volcano and just has tube tank written on the side.

Hi, I'm new to the site too, rather a new registered user. I have been vaping for 3 months and a friend recomended this forum. For the past few months I have been looking here for what others have to say and finally decided to register. Lots of good info here. So thank you to all who have posted good answers to questions and issues others have had the helped me. Oh ya, analog free since April 8, 2013.

Good advice is to not overthink it early on. You cant "read" personal experience. Keep it simple. A vv batt and bottom coil tank will blow any entry level vaper's mind with a great vape and simple maintenance.

I'm entry level. I adore my evod/vv seup. Sooo easy to fill, vape, fill, vape, change a $1.50 head and fill and vape some more

Don't get caught up in trying to be perfect or an aficionado. Your mind will be blon with a simple kit that is simple to use and maintain. Once you get into the groove you will know the right mid-level upgrade for you...and then call your card company and ask for a line increase....

I have a couple of volcano tube tanks, and yes, they are a carto tank. Once the liquid is gone, refill the tank and keep on vapin'. There is no need to re-prime the carto, in my experience you may flood it if you attempt to do so. When the carto starts to get a really stiff draw, or nasty taste, then you will need to replace it with (and prime) a new carto. Welcome to ECF!
