Hello!
I am from east coast USA and have never heard of these until today.
The only problem is, I haven't been able to find reviews that meet the questions I have.
Only two, I know your forum is massive so I expect some flaming :p
1: Does an e-cig feel like normal smoking?
2: Is a menthol type available? I have been smoking Marlboro menthol since I was 14, and I really want to get off these death sticks but nothing else has worked, I am always led back to the carton/2 weeks money waster.

Thanks for the help, some brand recommendations would be nice as well!

Hi Smokin,

You ask "does an e-cig feel like normal smoking?". This is one of those nigh-on impossible questions, because I feel that most people experience smoking differently. The best I can manage is to attempt to give you my view on this, which is - no, it doesn't - it's actually better. A lot of people will disagree with me. I have smoked tobacco for approx 35r years and stopped dead some seven weeks ago. Am I saying that this is a smoking cessation product? No. It's just that I realised that the e-cig was providing me with what I had needed all along - a small measured dose of nicotine. Without all the ash, tobacco fragments in pockets, and gum disease. That has really eased off since stopping smoking - no bleeding for over a month now (my gums always bled when I brushed my teeth - and yes, my dentist had told me that this was smoking related.).
Sorry - I'm rambling a bit. You ask about menthol - this is readily available. The English e-cig company Intellicig do menthol carts which I have tried, enjoyed and can therefore vouch for. I'm sure that others do as well, but I can't vouch for them (having not tried their product).

Good luck - if you're just starting out on this go with a firm with good customer relations and a solid guarantee. I've mentioned the main one I use in the UK but don't know whether they export.

Whoever you choose spend several days reading this forum. It's necessary to do this over time because there are some subtle salesmen on here - and you want to make your own mind up.

Good luck!

Wow, great input, exactly what I was looking for.

Ans I have been reading on here for several days, main articles mostly but doing my own company research as well.

I really appreciate it, and thanks again for the advice.

Are you Steve from the puresmoker site?
If so, does the marlboro pure ejuice have a menthol taste, and if not what would you recommend?

I am already ordering a penstyle from the site, just want to confirm that I can get my menthol fix before I commit to anything :p

Also, thanks for the quick reply!

Nope, but I know the guy ;)

Marlboro liquid in general doesn't take like Menthol Marlboro. Its tastes like standard tobacco.

What alot of menthol smokers do is get menthol crystals. Add 1 or 2 to menthol or marlboro juice, and its very very similar to a real menthol smoke. There was a thread on where to purchase the crystals earlier today. Check a few posts down.

EDIT: Found it. it was actually a couple pages back under new posts.
