I bought a Ego CE5 starter set and the 1st week if was good now there's hardly any taste. I've changed the replacement coil and still the same if not worse. What am I doing wrong?

I don't use the CE5's but if changing the coil didn't improve things, my 1st thoughts are.....

I don't have any experience with a CE5, so I'm not sure if there are nuances that could effect test on that unit...however I myself often lose the ability to taste certain flavors if I stick to them for several days at a time. I've learned to keep multiple tanks on hand with different flavors so I can switch when I start to notice that I'm not tasting the flavor as much as I'd like. Some call this "vaper's tongue", and it is common (especially if you've just quit smoking). Try a different flavor and come back to this one later. That may help!

Also - there are several vendors who offer the option to add additional flavor to your e-liquid. I highly recommend this to people who have recently quit smoking, or who use equipment that mutes flavors. I enjoy the extra shot of flavor with certain types (mint, fruit). That may also help stop the flavor from dropping out on you, but if you're having issues tasting food it may be unrelated to the level of flavor. Wish I could be of more help.

A human taste bud has a life span of approximately 10 days. Although the taste bud itself will not die, its cells will rejuvenate themselves regularly. The taste bud has two types of cells: the short term and long-term cells. It does take a lil' time for the cells to become reinervated as well. I just went through a bout of vapers tongue myself which doesn't normally happen. I drink plenty of water so that wasn't it. I was able to taste certain juices just not the one's I wanted, LoL. My taste buds are now back to tasting everything I love so don't lose hope just change up some flavors for a lil' bit.

have you tried another juice? if juices aren't stored properly, it can go bad.. maybe pick up another bottle at your local B&M
