Now I'm also new to this site so forigvie me if this is in the wrong category or something. Now I've been vaping for around three years, but I've always used mods with built in batteries. Recently I switched to the Sigelei 213w. I purchased two Samsung batteries, charged em up and stuck em in. Now this mod has a battery percent meter, my batteries showed a 98% charge, I was satisfied by that. Now when I went to fire it, the full bar cut to 3/4 of a bar, and back to a full bar when I let go of the button. My first thought was faulty batteries, but after looking up reviews on YouTube, i see that it happens to almost everybody wih this mod, and they act like its normal. I've also seen it on reviews for the snow wolf 200 watt. Can somebody explain this? Why am I going from 100-75% battery in the click of a button, and will my battery life always be -25 %? Thanks guys, looking forward to hearing your answers :)

I had a problem with the Sigelei30.

I vape at very low watts, and the 30 would burn my cotton wick at 8 watts.

The same build on my eVic VTC Mini i could vape at 17.5 watts without burning. I took it back to tge vape shop and paid tge difference between tge S30 and a second eVic VTC Mini.

I have a sugelei ,75 now but tge 30 hit super hsrd.

What you are seeing is what we often refer to around here as "battery sag". Or under load as others have stated. When you push the fire button you are putting a load on the battery, much like starting your car, the dome lights and head lights dim because the starter is drawing so much amperage to turn the engine over. So when you put it under load, the voltage drops. Same thing with a mod, just on a slightly lesser degree. The coil needs amperage to glow, which causes the voltage of the battery to drop, and you see it in real time with the battery monitor.
Make sense now?

This is the nature of electronics. The screen is showing a "real-time" battery voltage/percent, weather it's resting or in use. When you "click the button" the batteries are in use and the mod shows the batteries "under stress", rather than resting percentage.

This. Sig213 reads the battery voltage (in turn %) in real time. You're creating a "battery sag" when you depress the fire button. Its normal, I have the mod and it does this.
