I want to say thanks for all the info on this site. I'm glad I found it.

So I got started about a week ago when I bought a knock off 510 from a local store. I got it home and found that the carts were empty. I went back to that store and got a small bottle of red bull flavor, (thats all they had), and tried it out. From my first Vape I knew this was going to work for me but the flavor I bought kinda sucked. I found ECF while trying to find some better juice.

I guess I lucked out getting the 510 after reading some of the stories here. After reading about the shorter batt life, I ordered a real Joye 510 kit and some juice, (coffee). Then I saw some reviews of Backwoods Brew and ordered some Espresso and Cappuccino. Yes I'm a coffee freak. lol.

Got both my orders Tuesday. Got myself charged up and loaded my carts and WOW!! what a difference a good juice makes! The coffee that came with my kit was good but the Espresso from BWB is AWESOME. I can't wait to order some more of their flavors.

Now I was a 2 1/2 to 3 pack a day smoker, (yes, I smoked at work, 4 people 4 smokers! That place stinks lol). But in the last two days I have only smoked one pack of analogs. Actually there are still 4 in that pack as I'm posting this.

I can't tell you how many times over the last 35 years I have tried to quit (I've been smoking since I was 13). I haven't tried everything but almost, and this is the only thing I've tried that I just really feel is going to work for me. Each analog I have tastes worse and worse. I just know that I will be analog free real soon.

Any how, I really want to thanks all those who take the time to post, explain and review all the different stuff out there. It really is a help to us newbie's:toast:.

Thanks all
Kevin

Hi and welcome to ECF and the world of vaping! Congrats on managing to cut back sooo much so soon. When I got my 510 I never expected it to drag me away from a 27-yr addiction to smoking. But as you can see from my sig, I'm now ONE MONTH without an analog and I'm feelin' pretty dang good!

Give it a little more time and if you are still having a hard time putting those analogs down for good, maybe try a little higher dose of nicotine in your juices. It took 24mg juice for me to never pick up an analog again - now I'm pretty much vaping 18mg or less all day. Of course, as with all thing vape, ymmv.

Thanks everyone.

I haven't been this excited about anything in a long time. I really enjoy vaping more that analogs. Plus I can try a lot of flavors for what I spent on analogs!

Thought I'd share some things I'm trying to help get off the analogs.

1. Analogs by the front door. My logic is if I have to get up to smoke them I'll be by the front door and go outside. Also out of sight out of mind.

2. Cleaned out all my ashtrays.

3. This may sound weird but I use my ashtray to hold my PV. I don't know why but it seems to work for me.

4. Since everyone smokes at work I leave my analogs in the truck. 3 flights of stairs to smoke.

anywho, I guess I'm just babbling now...lol:p
