Hi everyone,

I decided to start vaping after buying one of those 10 Motives disposable e-cigs they sell in Tesco's. That tasted like cat's ...... but, being a trooper, I bought a Liberro Realis starter kit and have had a few goes on it but my Regal king size habit is a tough one to give up.

One thing I noticed after trawling the internet for all the e-cig information I could find, one vendor mentioned something about not using if you are taking medication for depression. I'm knocking back Sertraline 200mg daily (SSRI anti-depressant), do you think I'm ok to continue with vaping? I have had more anxiety today, I'm an anxious person anyway but today has seemed a bit worse than usual, could this be the e-liquid?

Last thing, I'm not a fan of the e-liquid that is in the prefilled Realis carts and I want try the Red Oak liquid I purchased along with the kit. This may seem cheap but is it possible to 'suck' e-liquid out of the carts to put this new one in to try? I have some syringes with a proper tip, could I use one of them?

Thanks :)

Keep in mind while vaping, you're taking in nicotine at a slower pace rather than big shots of it at a time like with regular cigs. You're also absorbing it to your mouth rather then the lungs (or so i've been told.) You're body could also be reacting to not getting all of the chemicals and carcinogens that cigs offer. These could both be contributing to your increased symptoms.

I take both anti depressant and anti anxiety and been vaping for two months now, haven't noticed any negative changes.
