I was a pack a day smoker for over 40 years and had tried to quit so many times I've lost count. Tried the gum the patch and what ever drugs my Dr. wanted me to try. None of it worked. The longest I ever went was 3 days. I work at Walmart and came a cross an e-cig that they sell called the Mistic. They didn't cost to much [ about $15.00 ] for a starter kit so I got it. It wasn't great but it was a start. The only problem was they were out of stock on the cards and didn't know when they would get any in. That wasn't going to workfor me. Even went to thier web page and it said they were out of stock there also.So went to Walgreens and bought the Bul starter kit . IMO not worth the money. I was always charging the batteries after one or two uses. I finely came across a ego ce4 in a blister pack at a local gas station. They didn't sell any e- juice but I knew I had to get something that was going to work for me so I bought it. I got on the net found some e- juice from china. Took two weeks to get it but worth the wait. I am proud to say that today is day 40 of being smoke free.vaping is so awsome and I couldn't be happier. I have since watch so many utube videos and read so many thread here on ECF that now I kinda know what I am doing. Just went today to a local vap shop and got a ego twist 650mah.battery and I am loving it. Keep up the great work you r doing here on ECF it is really making a diffrentance in peoples life.

I have a similar story as you and many others. Tried all other means to quit and nothing stuck til this. Congrats on 40 days. Hope to congratulate you again at another milestone.

yup He already has his daughter who made the change. :] Been about 3 weeks without a death stick. Very proud of myself and also my father.
