Been vaping for about a month now. I bought a starter kit from the Vapor Pro. The kit included an AC charger for the Joye510. Well after 1 month use (Maybe 15 charges on the charger) The charger quit working. The light always stays on green and won't charge at all. Well I contacted Vapor Pro and they told me it is out of warranty and they won't do anything about it. As far as I am concerened that is pathetic! It hasn't been dropped or messed with it all! If this is the service you get from a supplier than I might just stick with analogs or get the patch. Really bummed that they won't stand by their product. :(:(:(:(

Libarty Flights has a 6 month warranty on there kits. Also have pretty nice prices. I would check that out before going back to analogs. You might want to get back up's of everything just in case. I learned that one the hard way with atomizers. I almost started to drip e juice in my toaster coils to get my fix. Needless to say i have back ups of everything now.

My charger started acting the same way a few days ago. I've had it just over one month. So, I unplugged it, jiggled the little metal piece where the battery connects, and it started working again. Seems that it got out of place somehow. These things are el cheapo, though, so I'll be ordering a new one soon just in case it breaks for good. I hope you can get yours to work, and definitely order a new one. I'm sure they will be an item that needs to replaced periodically - hopefully not every month, though! Good luck!

The kit chargers are rather poorly made - that is why I keep 2 or 3 on hand. In fact, as you get more into vaping, you'll want to put together a box of spares - attys, batteries, chargers, etc., and you'll also want start building up a supply of juice. Most suppliers do have a limit on their warranties, but after only a month of use they should have tried to offer you some sort of deal. My only advice, at this point, would be not give up on vaping - it will, after you get everything sorted out, get you off analogs, and that is a good thing. I smoked heavily for over 55 years, and I've been analog free since I got my first Joye 510 kit almost 6 months ago.

It's not just you, I promise. Me and "Art" from there exchanged a few emails back and forth on a faulty product he sent me. Only after letting him know that I belong to this forum and would be sure to spread the word on his poor customer service did he agree to fix the problem. I suggest maybe doing the same, even if it's just to call his bluff. I work in a business where it is first priority to satisfy customer needs and we hear some complaints. I hate to be one of "those kind" of people, but right is right. Let them know of your status on here. Suppliers (usually) respect member's opinions on here. Good luck.

Ryanb317, what did you want them to say? "Since you don't like the taste of our juice (even though it's the exact same juice that plenty of others love), heres a full refund..."? For the most part, juice comes down to personal preference. We have all purchased juices on raving recommendations from others that we dislike completely, and I don't think its fair to request a refund from the supplier of that juice just because we dont particularly like it...

Ryanb317, dude...seriously...A person's taste in juice is very subjective and, given the nature of the product, you cannot expect a vendor to guarantee that the product will suit your particular tastes. That's why most vendors offer smaller bottles. Many folks here, myself included, have their juice and are happy with it. I suggest offering up a swap or sale in the appropriate forum, or better yet, save the juice and see if it is more palatable after it ages. If it still sucks after a few weeks, try mixing. I have saved some obnoxious tobacco flavors with cocoa and espresso juices.

Just my $.02

That's what makes em fun!

I guess a couple people aren't happy with this vendor. Pretty interesting.

As far as juices, I have a whole table of juices I don't like. I have a bunch from one vendor and they all taste like perfume to me. I'd never mention it to them, that's the type of juice they make. I like other stuff from them and cs is great.

But if you get a juice that makes you lips numb or tastes really weird or just completely awlful I'd let them know. If I was a vendor I'd rather make a $10 transaction right than have someone badmouthing me on a huge forum.

Thats very true swedishfish, I just responded to Ryanb317 going into a raving mad rant on VaporPro because he was "very unhappy" with the juice he received, which without further clarification sounds like he simply didn't like it. And in my mind, disliking the taste of a juice is absolutely no reason to get so worked up and badmouth a reputable vendor. If there is more to it, I appologize, maybe I missed something in his emotionally charged post.

I feel the same way. I ordered some clove from Tasty Vapor. WHOA!!! That's some strongly flavored stuff! I'll never order that again but, they're a good vendor and it's not his fault I don't like it. I'll order there again.

Back to the OP's charger issue... frankly I don't bother with the AC chargers anymore. I only use the USB chargers, which seem much more reliable. I got all kinds of weird behavior out of the standard wall chargers, including apparently fully charged batts that wouldn't fire. That happened repeatedly with the wall chargers, never with the USB chargers.

Anyway, just try different chargers. Don't surrender to crappy products; get better ones! And spares.

It did seem like he was really mad, maybe more to it? Who knows. I sell on ebay and I don't care what you do you won't make some people happy. Not saying the OP is like this. I had someone complain once and I refunded his money and let him keep the item and he was still unhappy (I think it was a scam). I guess I was supposed to go to his house and polish his shoes or wash his car or something. 99.99% of people are great .

LOL I ordered Clove too. And cinnabomb. I don't know what possessed me because I don't like clove anything and don't like those hot cinnamon candies. Everyone talked about it so I thought I had to have it.
