Cold turkey was horrific for me. Not that I had a choice. When 1 puff of a cigarette give you bronchitis so bad it lays you out. You pretty much go cold turkey. I actually hadn’t had a cigarette in 10 years when vapes came along. I wonder if you’re just more used to the awful. Bunch of water should help. There was an alcoholic doctor who used to vacuum out his stomach in the evening to avoid hangovers. Nearly died when he screwed it up (he was drunk of course) and went to rehab. Diluting the stomach alcohol and putting in more water to be absorbed helps though. It’s not a cure so much as a moderator.
Well I have good news on my front, little to no headache this morning which is surprising. Cold turkey was fine for me just hard when you like sitting outside a pub and everyone else is smoking, Otherwise unless I was very stressed I could manage it.
I think I get a rough hangover from smoking a lot more than I would normally while drinking and it has a compound effect

I always had water before bed dude, only major change is vaping instead of 20 rolling tobacco ciggies
got my other tank this morning 8-20 watt 0.8 to 1.2 ohm, not sure which I prefer but my battery should last a lot longer with the new one
Ah. nvm then. It a singl battery mod? 18650, 21700, or 26650?

Rechargable internal one probably not the best 2500mah, does make the mod itself quite small while being able to produce up to 80w, from the reviews I've read they sell it with too high wattage coils
So it won’t last a huge amount of time between charges. Internal non- replaceable batteries can use LiPo though and often do because it’s cheap. The thing may have a lot of amps for its size. There’s a difference between a coil cartridge and a coil. A coil cartridge contains a coil and wick. Frequently the coil inside a cartridge is oddly shaped and extremely fragile because it doesnt need to deal with wick replacement and will (in theory but often not in practice) be thrown away when the wick goes bad. Rebuildables use coil and wick. Non rebuildables use cartridges. A pod has the tank incorporated and you throw away that too. A disposable also includes the juice and battery as well.

been switching back and forth between a gtx coil tank and a qf coil tank , they run at 12-16 or 50-80 watts respectively, I dont notice a huge difference in the output vapour wise the higher wattage qf tank tends to be a bit harsher when taking a big draw off it, going to stick with the lower wattage one see how the battery fairs. I have a small power bank that I can keep in my pocket if it runs out of juice, Seems like a small trade off for an overall smaller more discrete mod, I have a friend who uses a big mod and he still carries around 2 spare 18650 batteries in a case,

have this strange behaviour with the smaller tank when I fill it, it tends to bubble while inhaling and spit a bit of juice for the first few draws, its a vaporesso gtx 18 with a 0.8ohm coil maybe I'm over filling it there isnt any instruction on how much to fill the tank in the instructions. I think its flooding a bit when I take the fill cap off

The ONLY difference between free base nic and salts is throat hit. The reason you can use salts higher boils down to harshness/peppery taste.
Okay, Well I've been mixing a 0 Nic 70/30 with a 10mg 50/50 Salt nic together seems to be working fine, Combination of a tropical and strawberry flavour tastes like Halls Soothers strawberry sweets.
There was something I read about the Nic Salts not being suitable for higher wattages as they were too low of a viscosity ? could be marketing BS

viscosity is the vg/pg ratio, the higher vg the thicker the mix.

you seem to have a good handle on things.

Yeah starting to get the hang of it, I'm tempted to write up a cheat sheet for new users all the different variables is a bit overwhelming at first to pick out whats actually important versus what is just down to peoples personal preference.

Yeah. I’m like your friend except I carry 1 21700 instead of two 18650s. The only advantage to that is instant power. You don’t have to wait for charging. It’s not a deal breaker though. I suspect the actual volts of the two tanks are pretty similar. One just uses a higher resistance coil is all.

I don’t vape salts but I have a friend who does. He looks for juice at the store that is still viscous. Apparently some salts don’t steep well and if juice is too old it loses viscosity. May vary according to what the other chemical in the salt is. If you change the chemical the nicotine is reacted with you get a different compound with different proporties. This is the problem I have with salts. Who knows what does what?
