Did you prime the coils?
Prime coil (one or the other):
1) drip a few drips of liquid directly into a new replaceable head.
2) do a few hard pulls to draw liquid into the head and let it sit for a moment before attempting to fire it.

The kanger subtank heads use organic cotton which burns very easily when dry. Once its burnt, just toss the coil because anything you vape out of it will taste nasty and/or harsh. Some people claim to have a sensitivity to cotton. Usually its not a flavor issue though, its more to do with tightness in the chest and such.

Yeah, I didnt like the Kangers either because of how easy it was to burn the cotton. I came from a Nautilus Mini and found myself always burning it because you cant really burn things in the aspire's.

aspire's atlantis will be switching to cotton.. thats the rumor anyway.

I hope not. I know the silica can be bad, but I dont want to have to worry about burning my wicks when i am chasing clouds. I also wish they had a higher ohm coil available. It's almost impossible to get flavor out of this thing it seems without creating my own weather patterns in the room. :D

They are (rumored to be) doing it due to people being concerned about the ceramics they've been using as their wicks - same stuff in the nautilus bvc heads I think.

Hi,

I recently got a kangertech mini subtank and a aspire nautilis mini tank, i am using them trying both with a cloupor mini and when i use the kanger tank i get really harsh vapor out of it even on the lowest setting but the the aspire its smooth how do i fix this issue?

Well, if you are brand new to vaping and you just got that stuff and you cranked the power all the way up you end up burning something and you keep getting the burnt taste for a long time after.
