After smoking for the last 13 years and trying every method possible to quit smoking the last 2 years (none wich worked) i finally decided to try vaping after a friend of mine quit that way. After lurking on here for about 2 months and reading i finally pulled the trigger and I bought my first e-cig about a month and a half ago and i havent had a real cig since. My first e-cig was nothing special it was just a firelight fusion. But last week i finally upgraded to the joyetech ego c. Best investment i have ever made. Now i have it set up with a kanger T3. If it wasnt for this e-cigarette forum and all of its information i may have never quit. For that i thank all of you.

Congrats on quitting analogs.
My life experience was a lot like yours. I went through everything I could think of to quit smoking, including tons of nicotine patches.
Been vaping for over two years and haven't thought about smoking an analog.
Keep up the good work and welcome to ECF.
There are plenty of answers to your questions here. And remember,we got your back if things start to get tuff.

Congrats on the switch I smoked for thirty years . My first set up was a ego c and still use it as back up . A couple of tricks i have learned about the ego c . First off stainless steel wick you tube has a couple of good videos on how to , Second and most important use the hard caps only . If you use rubber caps the atty stretches rubber and leaks and burnt taste and dry hits sucks. Good luck kid.
