Hi and welcome to ECF neighbor  CE 4 is the first clearomizer released and is non rebuildable. Most clearos now have heads (wick+ coil) that's easily ands inexpensively replaced and/ or washed and dry burned
Here's an ECF listed Vendor that has great prices and selection. Also has stalls on the weekend in and around TO. Order online and pickup at stall- it's cheaper.

After 5 posts wait 1 hour and request a Cdn Vendors List:

Here's a vid on maintaining your CE4...I don't use a q-tip to clean the coil as it may dislodge or damage it.

Best of Luck

Welcome and happy vaping.
My first kit was also an ego t (650mah tho) and two ce4s.
You will like it as your first kit. It does what its supposed to. You will get your nic fix as well as the bells and whistles like flavour and the visually appealing vapour.
I bought mine last week tuesday amd one ce4 is still going. Its on its 3rd refill. I rinsed it out after the second tank following instructions found all over the net. The other ce4 stopped working after the first tank.......... me off. Theres a video on youtube that shows how to rebuild it. Its a pretty simple process but when I got to re attaching the coil I threw it across the room and said this aint worth the five dollars it costs to replace it.
As suggested earlier, I went to canvape and ordered more stuff. I got the ego twist beginner kit which came with a vision victory vt tank that I love....plus some more tanks/clearomizers and juice.
Grab a tank with a replaceable coil...canvape has these vapeonly bcc for like 4 dollars which are great for the egos....vivi nova, protank2 (mini) or 3, or even the vt perform way better on a variable voltage, but they can still work. So decide if u want to dive into variable voltage as quickly as i did. Your experience may differ from mine and you might get a long life from your ce4 but youll still be glad you have an extra tank....or more likely tankS.

the EGO kit is a very good kit to start with, a lot of new vapers started with those kind of kits. They are simple, easy to use and low maintenance. I started with that and had it for over 8 months while vaping, the biggest issue you will come across is finding the juice that is right for you. And of course, finding a comfortable nicotine level to vape at. Finding your ADV(all day vape) will be the toughest thing, as it is/was for 98% of us.

Welcome to the family :vapor:
Any other questions feel free to ask.

Welcome to the forum!

I've gad pretty good luck with the vape shop suggested above. If you visit one of their flea market booths on the weekend, you can get some pretty good face-to-face advice, and there's a good selection of products.

I have a friend who started vaping using a CE4, and he's still smoking cigarettes. I keep telling him he'll get a better vape using one of the newer clearomizers -- Protank 2 or 3, Vivi Nova, Aspire BDCC, etc, etc -- though I believe the CE4 still has some fans on ECF.

Welcome to ECF neighbor. My Ce4 lasted 10 months, wasn't using it full time mind u and it cracked in cargo of a plane so......

Should last you awhile, the Ego T is a fine starter but u might want to upgrade a bit down the road, and Canvape can fix yah up.

If u need answers were here just knock, and come right in.

Hi there. After weighing the pros and cons of vaping vs cigarette smoking, I'm ready to make the leap. Any recommendations for an easy-to-use PV that resembles the look of a cigarette?

Vapeing is way cheaper once u find the sweet spot. Can take a bit of time.

Canvape carries several cig like devices, a 510 joye an 808D, or an Eroll kit. I'll suggest an ego T starter kit.

Thanks Ahoy! I've been looking at EGO and 808/mini kits. I like the look of the 808/mini PVs but I keep reading the major drawback is the tank size and battery life. Have you had any experience with those type of PVs?

There also a different threading for toppers, best to stick with something 510 threaded or ego threaded as most toppers use this threading.

Greetings. welcome to the forum. When you say 'PV', are you including eGo-style batteries, or are you thinking about more advanced types such as the Vamo, ZMax, Provari, etc?

Small (e.g. 600 mAh or so) are tiny, and probably fit the profile you're after. But the short battery time can be a nuisance, and you'll get a better vape if you go with VV batteries, which are longer. Are you consider AVP batteries, like the models I mentioned above?

There are mods that use smaller 10XXX-sized batteries, which are quite a bit smaller than standard 18XXX-sized APV batteries -- I only know of mechanical mods using the smaller format, but there may be some regulated mods that use them too.

I know someone who's been happily vaping with an eRoll for several months, and was able to quit smoking using this device.

The size of the eRoll looks great.
