Hello!!I was smoking for 23 years pushing 2 packs a day so I gave vaping a shot!!1 week later I have smoked no cigarettes and made the greatest decision ever!! I have 2 questions. I'm using A itaste mvpv2 and a iclear30 and a aspire nautilus mini and both are giving me big clouds but no flavour (burnt) with new coils replaced yesterday running around 7-10 volts are they getting broken in??

carefull with the power level; start low and move up only slowly;

once you fry something it's going to keep tasting burnt;

Congratulations on quitting! I smoked about 10 years longer than you and quit totally by the 2nd day of vaping. I used to burn coils too until I learned here that I need to take a few primer puffs with a new coil (not pushing the fire button) and then wait a few minutes for the coils to saturate fully. Then take a few long-slow-slower drags. A burnt wick can take half a tank of juice to start tasting good, don't throw em out yet. They can be rinsed in water too and left to dry over night.

This new habit will eventually save me money.......... eventually.......... really it will............the number DO add up.............. it will happen :)

:D So much new gear...never...stops...

Do as other said tho! Primer puffs, start low and ramp up, and be patient most importantly! There is a learning curve, but once you get it you'll be so happy!

Welcome to ECF, and ask away if you have more questions :)

Jethro66, you have one of the best in price non re buildable tanks as far as flavor and vapor production and air draw but if you have the newer bottom vertical coils they have thick wicks in them and if you don't prime it you will burn the wick and there hence the nasty taste so hopefully you got some extra atomizers with it and you can just screw another in and try.
This time puff puff puff hit the fire button quickly let off and repeat twice more and bam ! taste the flavor !!!! your gonna wanna make sure your device is set to maybe 3.6 - 3.8 volts and maybe 8 watts to start with and turn up the wattage slowly there after to maybe up to 12 watts

AWESOME to hear your choice of being TAR FREE !!!!!!
