new to vaping

hi folks just need some advice on cutting e-juice. i am brand new to vaping just recieved my joye-510 in the mail. i purchased the starter kit and also a bottle of 30ml/24mg menthol and pg 60ml bottle with a bottle of menthol crystal. my question is if i wanted to cut the 24 mg down what ratios to people use. eg: 10 parts e-juice to 2 parts pg,etc.? sorry for the noob question but we all have to start some where i guess...thanks.

It's really just doing an average.

1 part 24mg
1 part 24mg
1 part 0 mg

that's 3 parts with a total of 48mg so the average is 16mg for the mixture
