So I recently purchased a nicotine vaporizer to quit smoking the cigarettes and try to save some money ATM this isnt going the way I had planned. The one i bought was the Single starter kit from clearmist.co.uk the problem i am having is I'm replacing the CE4 optimizer or whatever it is called almost every couple of days as the wick is burning out really quickly and at £4.50 a time this is costing me more than smoking would do. Someone has told me that you can buy vaporizers where you can just replace the wicks when they run out but I am having trouble finding the right product as there is hundreds if them out there and it is overwhelming  I'f anyone could lend some advice on the right product i would be very grateful. I like the look of this one but not sure if it is right E VOD Starter Kit (Black)

Many Thanks
Josh :)

Welcome to ECF and congrats on taking the first step in quitting smoking!

I recently started vaping and I decided on an iTaste VV V3 which came with iClear 16 clearomizers but have since upgraded to Kanger Protank II minis. There are a ton of options out there and everyone will benefit from different type.

The clearomizers (or tanks) are easy to fill and maintain. You can easily replace the coil with a new one when needed or you can learn to rebuild your own like I just did.

I have purchased from this seller who ships fast and each product is legit. Good luck!

Hi and welcome to ECF. It's also known as the Stardust. If the head (coil+ wick) is burning out and no longer working the maintenance vid below won't help but if they need cleaning...I don't touch the head with a Q Tip as it may dislodge and short the coil. Rinse after dry burn. The wick can't burn as it's silica- brown on top is juice "gunk" that needs to be dry burned away- turns it to ash. When I was using the C$4 they were lasting about 3 weeks with cleaning.
