Well on a normal 510 battery the connector to the atty is recessed. Ego battery connector ends stick out. Atleast mine do. I use the USB charger that connects to my PC. Doesnt the end of your ego battery stick out? I know mine don't fit normal 510 battery chargers.

Oh, mcc after sitting a week is AMAZING! Got cherry cola, an ego battery and a USB charger for it. I hope the ego makes vapor like the 510 does it's first hour of use for the whole day. 510 is way cheaper to use than the 808 i've been using away from home but the battery life sucks.
Yes the eGo makes good vapor - it uses the same 510 atty your reg 510 does - the sole difference is the battery life. Gotta tell ya though - TV juices on 'the Buzz' - awesome vapor lol
I'm using a kr808 from v4l, so it was a fresh cart. On another note I bought 2 kits a 510 from ecigs Inc and 808 from v4l. I was going to send the 510 back, but everyone here likes them and TV sells attys and carts for cheap! Think I'm gonna keep the 510 for at home to save money on cartomizers. Seems like the more cost effective thing to do. Hey CV, what are you using to vape at 6v? (I know I know n00b question)
Sorry so long to get back to you. I am using a Saber Touch. It is a Battery mod. I really like it, but there is also the Chuck which a lot of folks here like as well! Happy vaping!

Yea I just looked at the chuck, kinda worried I'd get pulled over if a cop saw me vaping with it cause it could resemble a bowl.
I do not worry about the police. I vape on my Saber in my car all the time. It is my only "go to" device for vaping right now. I figure if they pull me over they will get a great lesson on Electronic Cigarettes, Mods, Personal Vaporizers and other stuff. I will load them up with so much info they will let me go just to shut me up!! HAHA
