4 holes are in the atomizer.
We don't have a kit that comes with blank carts... yet. We will soon.

Hi Sean - got my Ultra Deluxe kit yesterday! I know I have a learning curve here but have a couple of questions. After the initial 8 hr chg, I think I read that 4 hrs is all it needs after that? Is that right? Am having problems getting consistent vape but have read in other threads that it can take a few days to really break the atomizer in so hopefully that's all it is. Just find that sometimes I have to draw real hard to get much vapour. Also the green LED is kind of fussy (but that, again, could just be the operator getting used to it). Mostly it is pretty dim but once in awhile it lights up nice and bright. I'll keep working with it and let you know how things have progressed in a few days. That should provide a good breaking in period for both the 401 and the human on the other end of it!

Great starter kit ! For anyone new to vaping this kit gives them everything they need. I wish you had this when I started.

The 2 USB's is a good idea as well....1 for work, 1 for home. I know I had to make sure the only one I had was in my little kit before I left the house in the morning. Heaven help me if I couldn't charge during the day!

Great kit, the only thing I can think of is that you should def. have a feature on there that lets you know when you buy it if there are parts on back-order. Great kit, my hubby is enjoying his at work as we speak

Just an update after a few days. Now that I've had a few days with my 401, the two of us have gotten to know each other a lot better. Everything is working just like all the reviews said it would - getting lots of good vape and flavour. I gotta say, though, that I'm still not keen on that green LED, Sean. I like to be able to see the end of my e-cig light up when I draw and the green just doesn't seem to have enough punch to it. Other than that, the e-cig is working just dandy!
