Alabama is under a slight threat (as we seem to be every year). A house bill is under consideration that includes e-cigs. The senate version exempts them. Both are in committee and haven't been addressed since February, but it'd be good to keep them on the radar. When you get a chance would you add the Alabama call to action to the map? Great idea. King County (Seattle) Washington has a Public Health ordinance regulating vaping devices as if they are cigarettes, banning them in indoor public places. See ordinance Title 19.12, and with fines up to $1,000. Code of the King County Board of Health
Single most important bit of information for any vaper is a link to updated and accurate copies of the proposed legislation. Like this one for California SB 648.

I don't know if you're still working on this, but put a black border around New Jersey. NJ law considers vapor to be just as dangerous as smoke, regardless of whether or not there's actually nicotine in it.
(Interestingly, the same laws also seem to inadvertently ban medical nebulizers, inhalers, and oxygen tanks in public.)

I didn't know that at all, particularly since there has been an increase in little B&M in my area.

It appears not to have been updated since August 2013 -- does anyone know of any of this idiotic legislation or threats of it, in Georgia?

I can't speak to the map updates, but if you join CASAA (see links in my signature), you will be notified if/when any bills come up in your state (amongst other important news).
I hope not, I buy liquid from the Great State of Georgia! Keep us informed if anything is happening.
Here's the only one I know of, it's been in the Juvenile Justice cmte since last year and has no cosponsors. It's a no under 18 sales and third party age verification for internet sales bill.
