I bought "green nicotine" off the Internet, from a recommendation from a friend.

The flavor is pretty week that came with it, but I read in the manual that I can only get refills from them, and they have limited choices.

Is that them just trying to get me to stick with them fo my shopping or did I get hosed by buying the wrong product?

Appreciate the help

Generally yes, they're trying to get you to re-order through them. All of these expensive internet and mall kiosk kits are generally just re-branded e-cigarettes in fancy packaging. If there's a return policy on these, you may want to consider looking into a non-branded e-cigarette kit with accessories carried by ECF vendors. You lose the pretty packaging, but the cost is considerably less, and the performance is much greater. A Joye 510 kit from CigNot will set you back about $35. You can fill and re-fill it with the juice of your choice.

If I were you, I would take advantage of the 30 day return policy and take some time to do some research on this site for a much better ecig.

I believe their cartomizers only come in strengths of up to 8mg nic, which for most people attempting to get off analogs won't be enough.

You may want to look at a joy ego battery which will provide longer vaping times and more options for atty's and carto's...and a better price.

And yes, you did get 'hosed'.

cheers,

p.s. A couple sites you can look at are, but not limited to: cignot.com, goodprophets.com. Also, look at forum suppliers.

I oopsed too when I started and bought from V2cigs. $190 mistake. Then I went with Vapor4Life, much better experience there. Right now I use a Joye eGO and couldn't be happier. I bought it from Liberty-Flights. Congrats on starting vaping! I quit analogs the day I got my v4l kit. 61 days rid of a 35+ year habit.
Return the internet junk, read what others are using and try again!

Thanks for the quick replies, I think for two reasons I will keepcth green nicotine while I am shopping around

1) my wife will kill me if I tell her I go hosed lol
2) pretty sure the return policy is only good on un opened product, and I have already opened and used everything.

Would be nice if I could keep them and mix / match with new purchases.

I will def be active on this forum to get a better read on what's available.

The return policy looks like defective parts only, but the batteries look like they are common parts. The prices are outrageous, especially for an internet supplier. You might want to search for commonalities in parts and find out what the original manufacturer was for the green nicotine ecig. At least you can save at least 2/3 on cartridges. Green Nicotine is getting $33.95 for 10 cartos. Cartos generally go for $1 apiece at most online suppliers.

I just joined this forum a couple of days ago and am already amazed at what I have learned. There are some sharp people on here who are quick to help. and I am sure there are a couple not so sharp but I am on of those. ha

Yeah if your batteries fit KR808D-1 aka Vapor4Life.com aka Bloogplanet.com cartomizers then you are in luck - one of the two most recommended slim ecigs

Does that mean it works with all the flavor cargos on that vapor4life site?

Or would I be better off starting with a new kit?

What site can I look at those 510's?

Most of the sites listed as authorized retailers here carry 510's... what we're referencing is the atomizer, there are also several batteries that use that atomizer. Do a little research into the Ego. That same ecig is also marketed by Totally Wicked as the Tornado, or by Volcanocigs as the Inferno. Different names, same product. Compared to what you have, it will last about four times longer between charges, and has a refillable cartridge. Probably your most cost effective upgrade.

But as I mentioned earlier, there are also what are referred to as the 5volt mods... Most ecigs have batteries that produce 3.7 volts. The 5 volt systems produce MUCH MORE VAPOR, but are also bulkier. Most of them also use the 510 atomizer, but make it (the element in the atomizer) burn hotter. Lots of options with a pretty broad price range. None of them are cheap, tho.

If money is no object, and you wanna skip through all of the steps to get to the best of the best... take a look at the Provari. Google it, you will see why...
