even though everyone is suggesting tanks, an ego with an xl carto is pretty hassle free, once filled it will last a few hours at least. As far as tanks, I think carto tanks are awesome, but have a learning curve and some maintenance involved. I think that picture above is a carto tank? Its definately not an ego-t tank

hrmmm,,,,901 works with 808 cartomizers, I'd try some 2.0 ohm cartomizers and some juice both vg and pg and in a couple different strengths and flavors with your current set up and see what that does for you while you shop for something with more battery life and or power... It'll make things a little hotter and heavier.

That's a good idea, at least I can get a better sense of juices before going to a better unit, since part of my issue probably is the juice I've used so far.

I don't find the tank to be awkward. Of course, they don't just drop in your pocket, but I get complete satisfaction from this little tank. If you go to D and B you can see bigger pictures. I love using the tank especially when I'm driving long distance, I don't have to worry about taking several things with me. Also, if you're using 901 cartomizers, they will work on the IGOs and good for testing juices b4 you fill an Igo cartomizer. The IGO kits also come with regular Igo cartomizers that hold about 3 mil of juice. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...go-kits-1300mah-45-00-650-mah-40-00-a-25.html

It looks pretty big, but hard to tell from the picture. Do they feel awkward at all?

I hear ya, but it's good for me. Going through other new-comer threads has helped for a lot of questions I've had in the beginning, and hasn't since they aren't "personal". I've already learned a few things I never thought of or made a connection with before.

well im still very much a noob myself, most of my posts are from asking alot of questions. ive learned a ton since ive been here and still dont feel i know much, lol. only reason i suggested the ego-t is cause its what i have experience with when i started here and im very happy with it even though i recently got an omega. the ego-t is perfect to take along with you and has a 5 click button to turn it off and on, i keep mine in my pocket at work.

One thing I also forgot to add in my first post was pros and cons between cartos and attys. I've read enough threads where it seems almost split between folks preferring one over the other. I originally liked the idea of cartos to remove an additional piece, but am suddenly contemplating the tank route with an atty for the added vaping time. At least, I'm assuming tanks are only used with attys.

yes the tank system uses atties. i would suggest a B as it holds more juice and seems to perform better than my A. also you can use a 510 atty with a drip tip to try out new juices rather than just filling your tank with possibly an undesirable juice. to do that just take off your tank attie and screw on the 510 lr, drip a few drops of juice in it and put drip tip on and your golden.

Been doing more research based on all of the wonderful feedback so far, and think I've come closer to a decision on what unit I'm going to get.

I've currently leaning towards a KGO from Hoosier, but I'm undecided on what cartos to buy. After looking at Crystal Clear Vaping at their cartos, aside from vapor production, are there any big pros/cons between the variations. I'm pretty sure my current unit is above 2.0 ohms, so I'm thinking I should try a Boge or something equivalent first. But it looks like the Ressurector stores more juice, so it's appealing. Then from right field a dual coil carto hits me and I have no idea what the benefits are over a single coil, or rather if they would benefit me at all.

Any words of wisdom?

Thanks.

I am using the Resurrectors and BogeLR2.0s...both are good, they both produce good vapor...the LR Boge is slightly cooler than the Res...I REALLY like the Res for what its capacity is and the feel of the vape...I tried the dcc's and didn't really care for them as I found them hotter and harsher than I cared for...however, many absolutely love and swear by 'em...this is another of those subjective things of which only you can decide by using 'em.........

Thanks to everyone for the feedback and information, it really helped me to focus on my next setup.

I've decided to go with the KGO with some resurrectors. After long consideration, I don't think I need a tank at this point...not looking to be a constant vapor. Things may change, but this will be a much better setup than I currently have. Also picking up a small sample of some juices to start honing in what I like.
