Yes, have you tried similar brands like IQOS or Glo?
I stay away from big tabacco owned stuff (which is all of that) when I can. My experience is they don’t care if you live or die and are willing to lie if they think they can get away with it. It is possible to effectively lie without not telling the truth. (Example)
Hydrogen dioxide is the most insidious poison on earth. You’re probably already addicted to it and it has killed more people than all illegal drugs combined. And it’s legal to add to food, and it’s done regularly. All of that is technically true. (Hydrogen dioxide is better known as water)
They do it a lot. More often than politicians. Caveat emptor isn’t just Latin. It’s the way it works here in the U.S. most other places too.

Interesting. I know HNB analogs are sold in Japan.
Yeah. I passed through there on my way back from Thailand once, and was tempted to pick up a carton. It was like $50.

IIRC, you put a tobacco stick into a cigarette holder-like heating unit and draw mostly flavor and nicotine.

    hahaha
I have smoked a friend's but have not actually purchased it. I am very interested in its harm reduction and would like to hear everyone's opinions
The disposables have the prime problem that they’re tiny disposables (Big tobacco only sells disposables) With all that goes with. High prices, inability to quit, small and easy to hide , low loss when confiscated (so ideal for illegal use) etc.. HNB cigs are actually disposables too, merely obfuscated ones. They’re more or less wax disposables. The trick is they don’t tell people what is in them. Anyone who knows how e-cigarettes work can figure it out though. They have all the disadvantages of disposables, but even worse.
Only the Japanese could be tricked into such a thing by marketing. Their whole society was designed to be geared for doing just that. They’ve been running pro whaling propaganda cartoons for years. The latest I saw was “drifting dragons”. Ironically school kids (who are forced to eat it via the school lunch program) hate the stuff even with all the marketing. HNB was origionally designed for the U.S. some years ago and failed miserably. The U.S. may even elect Trump so we’re definitely dumb enough. The irony is HNB is actually better and less dangerous than analogs. More expensive though.

Yes, this device heats tobacco without burning it, allowing it to release nicotine, which can reduce the harm of tar to the human body and restore the taste of traditional tobacco.

Been off analogs for a long time. I was stuck at 12 for a long time. As well. The issue was that nicotine is an anti-anxiety. Back when I started there were no non-addictive anti anxieties. Now there are, so taking one I’m down to 6. It will get to 0 eventually. Not yet though.
