New Arrival! Just in time for the holidays.

VAMO Variable Power (adjustable wattage) VV APV, Rev.2 - Chrome

And now available in Gun Metal!

And Polished Stainless!

The new VAMO Advanced Personal Vaporizer is sleek, powerful, reliable, full featured and very well built with the same features as the Rev.2 ZMAX.

Voltage or Wattage is variable 3-6 volts or 3-15 watts respectively, using a single 18350 or with the included extension tube you can run a single 18650, or two 18350 IMR batteries, (all available separately). Check atomizer/carto resistance and battery voltage too with long press of the small buttons.

The new Rev. 2 VAMO is dual mode which enables you to switch between RMS and AVG voltage monitoring. The RMS mode is more accurate because it samples the output Voltage repeatedly while it is powering an atomizer or cartomizer. This revision includes the insulator disk and longer spring in the cap. It runs flat top batteries just fine.

With it's 5 Amp output, it has ample power to run whatever device you want. The buttons and settings are easy to figure out. This version has a chrome button and easy to read blue LCD display. VAMO has the native eGo/510 connection so it will run the Vision eGo Clearomizers, CE4/5, ReDux Clearomizers and other eGo devices without adapters. Run 808 devices as well with a 510-808 adapter.

The VAMO requires one 18650 IMR battery, or one or two high power 18350 IMR batteries, available separately. It will work with flat or button top IMR's and Hybrid 18650 batteries.

I am curious as well.. I do hope to get the price down on the next order. Still very reasonable for the type of device I think :)

Does this batch you have, have the modified spring so it will safely take one 18650 battery??

From Rainbow Heaven...
"The before Vamo has a little connection problem when you use 18650 flat tip battery, RainbowHeaven updated the spring and all Vamo from today(18th Nov. 2012) will be the updated one, no connection problem any more.
Also RainbowHeaven added a small, thin, red insulator at the end of "+" pole connection, to avoid short circuit."

Yes these are the latest version, and new gun metal units are coming. If you have old style caps, the new ones will be available next week as well. Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh, and Double Points on Turkey Day! :)

just fyi, they are at okcvapes and flavor vapor for $49... hope they come out with a brushed stainless version... would rather not have a finger print magnet on the chromes... but it is what it is for right now...

During our Black Friday sale, this is $47.95 after discount and reward points! 4 more hours on this sale and the Vamo is going fast.

Enjoy the weekend!

I just got my order today, the gunmetal version. I have to say I`m impressed. Very solid feel, nice buttons, easy adjustments, and a very solid 510 connector. It works great with my flat top Panasonic 18650 batts. The only criticism so far, and it is minor, is that the battery moves around a bit, which would probably be eliminated with a stiffer spring.

It vapes like a champ too. I like it much better than my YJ lavatube. And the gunmetal is gorgeous :).

Very fast shipping too. I got it in two days.

Thanks for the feedback! Isn't that display nice?

The display is very nice. It's a bit hard to see in direct sunlight, but that's no big deal at all.

I replaced the spring in the unit with a spring from a cheap LED flashlight I had laying around and that solved the rattling issue, as well as the fact it would reset if I set it down too hard or it otherwise recieved a jolt.

The RMS mode works great. Much better than the vAvg method on my lavatube. I even played around with the variable watt function a bit last night, but I think you can dial in the best vape better using the RMS voltage setting. But it's great that I have the option. I see at least one more of these in my future :).
