New vaper allergic to PG... HELP!!!

I began vaping a week ago, and developed a really itchy rash on my back and neck which spread rapidly to my chest and arms also. I changed washing powder, cut out foods etc etc., but it was still there. So today it hit me that it could be something in the e-cig (I'm using intellicig with "rich" flavour refills). I googled it, and apparently this is not a very uncommon side effect which is caused by propylene glycol (PG). This broke my heart, because I haven't had a cigarette in a week and feel I'm doing really well off them and enjoying the e-cig.

Now, my dilemma is, where can I buy refills with just this VG stuff in them (because apparently most have both VG and PG)? Are they as effective/nice as these PG ones I've been using? And have any of you ever come across this problem?

Hi kay, you can buy 100% VG juice from many vendors, one I use and sell it is Bluemistvaping, they have awesome prices too. Welcome to ECF

One of the best manufacturers in the U.S. is Johnson Creek Smoke Juice. Their Red Oak line is 100% VG made with 100% VG based flavoring as well.

Some vendors use a PG based flavoring but VG juice and call it 100% VG. Clarify this before you order!!

Some of the liquids I've ordered from Liberty Flights in the last month appear to be 100% VG .. you may want to double check with them ..

I have friend who is highly allergic to PG as well. His fave is ecigsupply.com's Vaper's Choice. I've made many orders for him and this is the only one we've found that didn't cause him any problems. VirginVapor.com also has a few that he particularly enjoys without a problem. Last time we ordered with the ECOpure option, and it's incredibly thin so no clogging and has great throat hit for PG-free. I just noticed that your post says you've been using Intellicig Rich, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that ECOpure, which is PG-free? If that's the case, PG is not the problem....
