Hi all! Great community you got here, just wanted to set that out there. Been lurking around a few days and see a lot informative helpful people, always happy to see that on the internet. =D

I bought my first e-cig a while ago, from a local tobacco shop; was thoroughly disgusted with its lack of vapor, low nicotine delivery and lack of longevity, both battery wise and cartridge wise. I gave up on them for a while, smoking analogs, then after some prompting from the powers-that-be (read: girlfriend) I picked up an expensive starter kit from a mall for what I'm now reading to be way overpriced. This is where I actually got interested, because despite being very expensive, this e-cig did produce a NICE amount of vapor, but fairly randomly, with horrid battery life (despite being a fairly large battery; much longer then a 120mm analog) and atrocious cartomizer life. The joint advertised 300 puffs or 30 cigarettes worth per carto, but I ended up going through 3 cartos per day, and I only smoke a pack of analogs a day, so... erm. Well, anyways, I took that one back and ordered from Blu Cigs... while I didn't get screwed by a long delivery time, their "tobacco" flavor tastes like coffee and produces hardly any vapor. While the nicotine seems to be fine and battery and carto longevity seem to be okay, I need something with MOAR VAPOR! I saw a review on this site about a Maxx Fusion that seems to produce some nice vapor clouds in the attached pics, so I'm considering that, but I'm also somewhat attracted to the PVs that don't look quite like analogs. Something about this one's aesthetic's appeal to me, but I haven't seen any reviews on it and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it or a similar-priced and -looking model? It's price is nice and attractive for someone starting out and doesn't seem over-complicated like some of the devices I've seen here... And also if you could recommend a good vanilla flavor juice that produces good vapor, it'd be most helpful. Thanks I a really appreciate your time!

The one you're referring to in the "this one's" link is an eGo clone. The Riva is similar, also a clone, and is a good unit too. They generally sport a 650 mah battery and will last the typical user around 6 to 8 hrs on a charge. It's a good choice and the price is pretty good, but check here Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510 and be sure to use the discount code before you decide, it'll come in around $40. It's also upgradable to the new tank systems that are out if you decide to go that route in the future.

This is the vanilla I've been using http://www.litecigusa.net/product_p/hckillavanilla.htm, it's more like a vanilla custard or cream.

Yup same as the ego. I don't own one but I think I can safely say the people around here will give you a thumbs up to them. As for the cartomizers, I like to use the ce2's. If you get that device you can try the tank system as well. If money isn't an issue a variable voltage device can help you dial in a power level that gives you the vapor you like for $100 or so. A juice that has some VG in it will give some added vapor as well.

Thanks for all the quick replies, everyone! I think I'll be placing an order tonight, depending on shipping options. I can't stand the Blu cigs anymore, I'm having to hit it nearly constantly to get enough nicotine out of it (it doesn't help that their "high" cartos are only 14mg...) and it has no throat hit whatsoever. Lame! But I imagine some like it. Anywho, thanks a ton!

Yes like everyone said eGo, Vgo, riva 510 they are all the same. But the Vgo, you were referring to on that website only comes with one battery. That wouldn't be so handy. You can pic up Joye eGo kit for $40.00 , Riva 510 lite bundle $30.00 , SE Riva 510 $35.00. All those kits comes w/ 2 batteries. The eGo is 650mah, Riva is 750mah. So that is definelty a better deal. Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Joye eGo But you can't chose the LED color like in Vgo.

Remember to click on 20% off to get that price. :D

As for juice, it's hard to find what you like. Currently there a 50% sale going on at Gourmet Vapor E-Cigarettes and E-Liquids coupon code (utahrocks) there's alot of selection there and you can buy many 5ml samples for great price. The sale I believe ends on 3/7/11.

And wouldn't ya know it, but LF is out of vanilla. =( Was hoping to order it all from one go to get simultaneous delivery. Anywho, does anyone know of a liquid kit that comes with liquid (obviously) and a dropper or funnel or whatnot to fill the cartridges with? May be a noobish question but up until now my experience with e-cigs has been pre-filled carts, which has probably lead to my bad experiences.

NO!

One battery is NOT going to do it. (no wonder it was so inexpensive!) In that case, get one of the ones from Liberty Flights for sure!

Did you click the US site? They have liberty flights in UK and US

On the top, your find something like US site, UK site. Or maybe the paypal info is UK becuz they can't use paypal for ecig in the US. But they are shipping from the US. And they have fast shipping, too. Last time I order on Thursday. To my suprise I rec'd it on Monday. I didn't even track the tracking info they gave me, cuz I wasn't expecting it yet.

You won't need anything to fill carts. But later on you might need a syringe for cartomizer. Most people don't like to use carts. Well at least it didn't work out good for me. I usually order juice from a different supplier then the one I order equipment from. But I understand, I felt the same way too in the beginning. Just want 1 shipping charge.

There must be some hidden bonus to the 20% banner, like it votes for them at some certain site, top 100 list or some-such. Either way, I already clicked it, so hush you. =P I am grateful you're concerned for the diminishing density of my wallet, however =P And thanks, I was waiting on a reply before I hit submit on the order page. You guys have been a ton of help. =)

Oh just for incase. The site I gave you earlier for 50% off for juice (coupon code : utahrocks). Gourmet Vapor E-Cigarettes and E-Liquids If you do plan on ordering juice there, also order from another place too. I remember last time they had a 60% sale, it took 2 weeks for my juice to get here. Normally I get it fast from them. I think when they get a super sale.. they all load up w/ orders. I think they did say something like expect 7 - 10 days for delivery. But just incase if you didn't order any juice anywhere else. It's actually not a bad deal w/ 50%, 5ml only cost $2.00. They have alot selection there too.
