New vaper from Alabama

So first off hello everyone I'm glad to be here and I just want to say this forum is a wealth of information! Second I want to tell you that I started vapeing on one of the blu starter kits and omg it was amazing at the beginning, but that quickly got old! So I went out and bought myself a kgo starter kit along with some cartos and a few clearos. Wow is all I have to say, so much better! I also bought some smoke juice from the same place I got my kit from and it's already a way better vape! Hoosier ecig is where I got my stuff from and I bought a 24mg Newport Dekang juice and the Hoosier 24mg 100% vg peach. Over all I'm very happy with my purchase but I do have one question. What is the easyest way to fill my boge cartos with that 100% vg juice?

Hi! There are quite a few videos on youtube showing how to fill cartos. The "condom" method seems to be the most popular (although I don't use it because I use flanged cartos): A PBusardo Tutorial : Filling Boge 510 Cartomizers - YouTube I don't know if 100% vg makes a difference.

Hey bama friend.
I use the syringe/needle method to fill my cartos. I bought this kit and filed down the needle some, sharpening it so it will slide down the side of the filler easier.Slide the needle out slowly while injecting slowly. Do it in two or three spots around the filler and your full in no time.

I tried the drop method but I guess the vg is so thick that it does not wick well in the cartos I have a clearo but I imagine that that would wick even worse... I have not tried the condom method but I will, the one carto I filled up seems full but I get so dry scratchy hits off of it after vapeing it for a few puffs could just be the juice not making it all the way to the bottom! And awesome so many bama vapers!!!

100% VG is very thick you might give a 50/50 mix a shot. I use 70/30 my self and get great vapor production.

I just got new boges after like a year and the new ones work good but they just don't suck up the liquid very well. The condom method or the syringe is the best I can come up with. Good luck and you can find videos of the condom method on youtube. P.S. The condom is that little rubber thing on both ends of a new carto. It's nothing dirty LOL

It's awesome to see so many people from bama here!! Also I got another question? The smoke juice I got was 24mg and my question is its almost to strong of a TH. is that because of the high nic %?

Welcome to ECF. You will find loads of information and helpful people here. I've never used a boge carto but the tube tank I have on my current setup uses carto's and I use a needle tip on my juice bottles to fill it.

higher nic will give you more TH than lower nic. At least this is what I have picked up reading through the forums.

You might want to lower it to 18 though. Once you find a good juice you will find yourself vaping a lot more then you smoked and this way you won't get the jitters of too much nic. I even have some 6 that I use at night so I can sleep.

And with me after a few weeks the cravings for me stopped! I just like the taste and the act of it now but if I have to go without it its no big deal.

Yea cause I think the 24 mg is to much! Gives me that head rush and jittery feeling like I just packed a big ol dip in my lip! Can you guys recommend a place to make my next purchase of e juice?
Edit: I'm still gonna vape this stuff, cause its the only juice I have right now!

Welcome from a Vaper in Mobile. My recommendation for filling Boge Cartos is to replace them with Smok Tech Cartos, especially if you are using 100% VG. I've been vaping for over a year now, I typically use 100% VG juices, occasionally 90/10 VG to PG ratio. I've tried tanks, Vivi Novas, Clearos, and I always come back to cartos as my preferred device based on taste, filling ease, overall convenience and transportability.

For Boge cartos and thick juice, I use a combination of the condom method and dripping into the carto for filling. These things never seem to absorb juice quickly or easily. I would recommend filling the carto until there is a little bit of leakage, let it sit over night, top it off again, wipe down clean and vape with it a little add a little more juice, and repeat. As I use these cartos they seem to eventually loosen up a bit and will accept more and more juice. They don't hold an awful lot of juice on the first fill, my experience anyway, and will burn easily if vaped too much without almost constantly adding juice.

I greatly prefer Smok Tech cartos... GREATLY prefer! These are just better cartos, particularly for thick juice, they fill much easier, accept more juice on initial fill, and they last a good long time.

I might quit vaping if Boge cartos were all that were available.
