New Vaper Incoming!

Hey! I'm Mitch.

Before I purchase my order, I'd like to see what you guys think is better for a n00b vaper.
Haven't tried it yet, but I'm wondering if investing in a Drip Tip would be a good idea?
I've seen many reviews of cartridges and problems using them, etc burning them out and what not, and me being a roller, from what I understand, I don't really mind using the Drip Tip technique.

So, what do you guys think?

PS: Also, which mg should I be getting for the e-liquid, I smoke around 10-15 a day of Old Holborn tobacco.

I'm thinking of purchasing the Joye 510 Starter Kit aswell if that helps!

I've got the Joye eGo and I like it. Just get higher mAh for the batteries so they last longer. I am liking the Kanger Changeable Coil Cartomizers (aka T2) but have a few other types coming in vapemail.

Go to "paradise vapes" mitch. They do up to 36mg 100%vg, 50%-50% pg - vg or "mainly pg. Thats three choices on all their liquids. 36mg is a bit high for you though goin by what you've written. Maybe 18mg would suit you. Their tabacco liquids include "OLD HOLBORN and GOLDEN VIRGINIA, AMBER LEAF, BENSONS and a dozen other well known brands from the uk. They even send you a free 3ml sample of e liquid with your order. They sell their liquids startin from £3 for 5ml , £5 for 10ml, £9 for 20, £14 for 30ml, £20 for 50ml and £42 for 120ml.

Yes on the drip tip. Make sure that you get a 510 sized tip to match your Ego. I've heard positive things about the ego so you should be good on that.

If your Ego kit comes with cartridges, I highly recommend getting some cartomizers and/or an atomizer - also w/ a 510 threaded connection. When I first started they came with cartridges which many find kinda yucky and messy as opposed to cartomizers or atomizers.

For mg of juice, I recommend getting a few different flavors/strengths to see what works best for you. I use 5mg/day as a baseline. I think that that is sort of the midrange for how much you may vape. It varies from person to person.

I started (and remain) at 24mg because that's what I needed to stop. Others are satisfied at 6mg. It's kind of trial and error and is 100% dependent on what satisfies you.

510 is the type of threadiing used to hold the juice feeder (cart, carto or atty). a 510 drip tip will fit the end of any 510 juice feeding attachment. Any kind is ok. Fancy or not fancy work just the same.

I've just looked at the CE4 and it looks great, I might purchase that instead!

But would the Clearomizer be better for my dad? He's a heavy smoker so would this be better for him?
While I stick with the 510?

ce4 or stardusts with changeable heads are great but personally i have fallen in love with the mini vivi novas for ego batterys they never give dry hits and always wick well, i vape pretty heavy and one full tank last me about half a day. i would go with a 18-24mg nic as you were a pretty light smoker 36mg will be pretty strong for you and alittle more hazardous should you get a leak and get it all over yourself.

Sorry for a double post but, does anyone know roughly how long a 180mah battery lasts? like in puffs before a recharge is needed?

i would guess it would not last very long might be good for a trip to the store or something heck i usually take a 1100mah ego out with me to the store for an hour or two trip and will have them half dead by the time i get home but then again i vape pretty heavy.

i probably get a good 100 puffs or so off a 1100mah battery but im not one to run battery's to low i usually stop using battery's around 3.6-3.7v
