Hi guys, I am pretty new. My ce5 just failed last week so I just ordered a SMOKTech SID and Kanger Protank Mini 2.
I saw many of you guys rebuild the coil & wick every few days?? I am not sure what is that and how can I do that...
What do I need to clean my tanks?? Where can I get new wick?
Thanks!!!

Well done. What am I using right now?

SID and mini Protank. :)

I get nearly a week out of a coil and then tend to throw a new one in. They are $2 in the UK.

Once I have 5 old ones I often rebuild them, but my enthusiasm is waning.

I use 2.5mm silica and 1mm silica for the extra wicks. These days I use res/non-res wires at 1.8ohms. You can use Kanthal, but it's not 100% sure to work.

HI .. I have a Kanger Mini Pro II also . and a couple Kanger Evods, What I'm doing is super simple... Every time I fill a tank I unscrew the head and toss it in a glass of hot water. If the wicks look totally black the next day, I pull of the cap and take off the flavor wick and replace. Just be sure when the cap stem is back on that the wick fills the entire hole or you'll suck too much liquid or.. it may leak. I haven't needed to rebuild a coil.. I have, however dry burned a couple with great success. Also . . don't let the tank fluid drop below the silicone cap that you can see thru the glass. That keeps the coil from gunking up too much and the last bit of juice from getting thicker as it warms before being used. .. Just some extra heads should last you without rebuilding the coils for several months. There may be some disagreement among veterans regarding my methods, but I'm fairly new also and not prepared to dive into coil rebuilding as of yet.
Good luck with it all.
Blessings and Joy,
Bliss
