Hi

I'm new to the forum and new to vaping looking for some tips :2cool:

Ihave just ordered a starter kit with an Ego LCD battery, a couple of CE5 Clearomisers and some watermelon flavored juice :) I'm keenly awaiting this and looking forward to getting rid of the analogues for good!!

the main issue i have have is I'm finding a lack of info (possibly I'm looking in the wrong place) the website I ordered the kit from states that it is the Ego-T LCD however I am struggling to find any reviews or info

the starter kit is SINGLE EGO-T LCD & CE5 STARTER KIT - Store - Whysmoke

also is this something that will be OK for a real beginner?

Thanks Guys and Girls

Hi there and welcome,

I'm slightly new and today marks my 40th day with no cigs! I started out with a similar set up...it was a generic ego style battery with CE4's. My only advice is when you get your kit, store the CE5's away, and go ahead and purchase some Kanger Evod's (between $5-$7 each-plastic clearos) and a couple of Kanger Mini Pro Tanks. And get some replacement coil heads.

The CE clearomizers worked great for me for a very brief period of time. I have less trouble and a more consistent vape with the Kanger stuff, especially the Pro Tank and the Pro Tank Mini. They are glass, so they can handle any flavor of juice and they don't crack.

I graduated to a variable voltage (Ego Twist) about 1 month in. But I think the battery you got is great for a beginner. Just seriously go with the glass tanks, and keep a couple of EVODS around for juices that don't crack plastic tanks.

Good luck!

Welcome to the forum! You picked a totally decent starter kit. I think one of the most important things to keep in mind while just starting vaping is juice. There are thousands? Yeah, maybe thousands of different flavors, ingredients, and mixes, so if you don't like the juice you have, keep searching. They are all so different, and having a good juice, or bad juice will pretty much define your vaping experience.

WooooooHoooooooooo it finally arrived!!!! Ego-T LCD CE5.jpg about to go out and test this out (cant vape in the office) ill report back my initial immpressions and hopefully i can start the count of days without analogues!!

thanks guys, i'm already itching to get my hands on a tank system but i figured i would ease into it with the starter CE5's felt a little odd sitting there vaping while my mates were smoking analogues but i gotta say it satisfied my need even without nic. "this could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship"

now i just need to stay focused and continue on!!

Thanks for all the help support and advice guys this forum is a wealth of knowledge and everyone is so friendly :)

I suggest go on YouTube and watch some videos on your specific setup. They will show you how to fill, clean and take care of your equipment so you get the best use out of it. I would start looking for a backup battery and a Protank 2 or Mini Protank for the tank cracking juices. Get yourself some samplers of juices from a couple of different vendors to see what you like.

Happy vaping!

ill toss in my :2c: your setup is good, like others have said you might want to expand to a few tanks, and i would suggest getting a couple of backup batteries JIC. i realize that the initial kit is a single bat setup, but having broken a couple myself having a backup is paramount. dont want you running that main out and having to sit and stew while it recharges.
